Henri at Hotel Birks was a beautiful experience. The ambiance is warm, intimate, and thoughtfully designed—calm, elegant, and inviting without feeling formal. The service truly stood out: friendly, attentive, and genuine, especially at the bar, where everything felt relaxed and well cared for. The food was excellent, but it was the atmosphere and service that made the night feel special. A place that makes you want to slow down and enjoy every moment.

Reservation: 6:30 on Monday (29 Dec); arrived close to 6 and got seated right away. Such a beautiful place to grab brunch, with a delicious menu, including seafood cold bar, and buzzy atmosphere without being too loud to catch up with friends.
