We asked for food to be brought when ready however waiter waited for all plates together which made food cool.

H3 is a lovely restaurant with an unrushed atmosphere and excellent waitstaff. Meal preparation and presentation was excellent.

We enjoyed a delicious multi-course meal and great service. I have several food allergies and my meal was naturally gluten free with no modifications necessary (a hallmark of good food) and no issues with other allergen cross contamination. What a wonderful experience.

I went for lunch. It was a nice surprise! The food was very tasty. The cocktail choices were limited but the one I took was good! The place is very nice, well decorated. There is paid parking on the same building. Will go back for dinner!

My partner and I ordered the Discovery Menu with wine paring. We received 4 full size apps, 4 full size entrees and 3 deserts. It was a feast. The wine pairings consisted of 2 generous glass with both the apps and with the entrees. One glass of wine with desert. Incredible. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The highlight of our trip.

Staying at the hotel Humaniti in Montreal we have been having breakfast here daily . The service is erratic and all over the place . The omelette with salad and toast was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared . * Update , day 3 we waited 50 minutes for our breakfast , no explanation . TOO SLOW . They said it was complimentary due to slowness but our breakfast included in our stay!!! * update , the service greatly improved the last 2 days

Here is my review about this place. Decoration 9/10 the Decoration is nice modern, with a touch of high end. But there was chairs and table that needs repairs. Ambiance 9/10 it was during the beginning of the week so I imagine it gets better during Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. A lot of space good for family, dates and birthday so as business meeting. Service 10/10 the service was amazing and waiter, barmaid was very polite and suggest me good mucktails since I don't drink and my friend loved her drinks. Food 10/10 the food was very good better then I expected. Well prepare, tasty and nice presentation. Not to expensive. Cleanest 9/10 it was clean in the restaurant, tables were ok. Bathrooms needs a bit of maintenance. I do recommande this place look at the pictures

I would definitely get the tasting menu as one gets to taste many dishes and they're all delicious. Just make sure you have the appetite to eat it all! The service was great; not to full for a Friday night and the decor was nice too. I'd definitely go back and you should check it out too.

Total trainwreck. I dined here multiple times for breakfast while staying at the hotel and each day it was very clear there is understaffing at H3 as the wait times for food and turning tables is unnecessarily long. Though the staff are very kind, it’s clear that they are not set up for success leading to a stressful and unpleasant dining experience. Expect to wait a long time and feel pulled into the chaos of the situation.

I love this place! We sat at the bar, And our bartender was wonderful! They helped us choose the wine, And we’re super kind and attentive and talking to us the whole time. After reading some of the comments of people saying that it’s too expensive or the dishes are small, I completely have the opposite opinion. The prices for me were perfect for what you get and the quality you get. Sometimes people don’t realize that you can get this food at other places, but the quality is so bad for the same price. This was one of my favourite places. I’ll definitely be back! Everything was super yummy super affordable! I definitely believe that if you can’t afford to be out in Montreal, then you shouldn’t go out to eat 🤍 thanks H3!

Started and ended on a high note. The fois gras was amazing, we wished the bread was bigger though but very very good. The main dish were not on part with the appetizer though. We had the duck and the pork. They didn't render the fat on the duck which made is less good. The pork chop was closer to well done so it was a bit dry. The dessert we had the chocolate mousse, not too sweet and the pavola which were both excellent

Do not come here for breakfast such a waste no staff waited to get seated for 15 mins. Only reason we attempted to go here is because it was free through the hotel but not even worth a free meal!

If you want to have a great ambiance and enjoy of an amazing culinary experience you should consider this restaurant. We went out for dinner tonight and were very pleased. As starters we ordered Heirloom tomato salad, Gaspesian tuna tartare and Foie gras torchon. As a main dishes we ordered Corn risotto, AAA beef striploin and Duck magret Goulu de St-Appolinaire farm. As a sides Wild mushrooms and Potato aligot. For dessert we ordered a Pavlova and Chocolate mousse with pistachio and raspberry. We also ordered two cocktails, Poire d’or and Ciel ouvert. The service was excellent. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!!!

Soggy watery oatmeal. Too sweet candy-like yogurt. And pricey. Pretty decor. Overall if you grant such prices you cannot serve such food

I recently had dinner at Restaurant h3 while visiting Montreal for a business trip. My colleague and I were delighted with our experience. My colleague ordered the chanterelles and squash which didn't appeal to me initially, however the flavor was incredible, and the presentation exquisite. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try it. I ordered the Agnolotti with shrimp & Gaspésie lobster which was listed under small plates. It was anything but small, an excellent dinner portion with ample shrimp and lobster. A delicious dish. I also indulged in their Purple Rain cocktail, which was so good I had to have a second. It was everything I love about cocktails, visually stunning, and equally balanced and flavorful. An absolute delight. The staff are the reason this rating is 5 star. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in, and our server was knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. I also found the price to be excellent for the quality of food and service, and the overall experience that we enjoyed. The only small critique I will offer is that we had a little trouble finding the main entrance using Google maps, and wound up wandering through another of the hotel's establishments to finally arrive at h3. Head's up, they are on the second floor! A bit confusing when you are trying to find your way in from the street. I think we may have entered on the wrong side of the building. That said it was worth it, and I would gladly recommend Restaurant h3 to anyone visiting Montreal.

Genuinely amazing experience from both the food and the service. The 3-course discovery menu was high-quality, delicious, and surprisingly portioned. I loved that each course was explained in detail, making the meal feel like a true fine-dining event. The servers were attentive and professional, but also very warm. When they realized that it was a birthday night, they went above and beyond for our birthday celebration, surprising us with a gift of macarons and a candle. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming to everyone, and the valet service (free for bills over $100 before tax) is a major plus. Highly recommended for a special occasion or just a fantastic dinner out :))
