ordered through uber eats, not only recieved a half order but the pizza was cold and the chocolate cake/brownie was rock hard, uber only refunded half the purchase. 40 dollars for a cold pizza and an inedible brownie is insane. sad as fugazzi pizza was hyped up by some of my friends.

The pizza is just fine, not good and not bad but the choux cesar is completely inedible. It's really so gross lol

Pizza arrived and the crust seemed like it had been burnt. There were a bunch of holes underneath, and the crust had a very bitter taste.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Classico and it came to 20$ + they ask for a tip before any service (I tipped). It came cold, soggy and wet. It was clearly sitting for a delivery order. The worker was rude to me when I told him. The place is always empty and I now understand why. Even if it were fresh from the oven as I hoped, it was small and overpriced. I don't understand how they stay in business as I am struggling to find anything positive to say about this place and my experience. Horrible customer service and food, I left feeling scammed and insulted. I just wanted a decent pizza…

We'd also like to clarify that our Classico is priced at $18 before taxes. Sales taxes are, of course, set by the government and added at checkout. As a fast-casual restaurant, we ask guests to pay when they place their order, which is standard practice for our service model. While a tip option is presented during checkout, gratuity is always completely optional and is never expected or required. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
