The dumplings are delicious and such a generous portion. The restaurant itself is comfortable and has a nice ambience; service is fast and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Red Star is such a gem. We live downtown, so coming to this part of the city felt like discovering a totally different Montreal. Prices are amazing for how good the food is. The two servers were so nice (one was in training and still did great). We had the hot & spicy soup and it was honestly way better than expected. And the dumplings?? WOW — they’re the star for a reason. Definitely coming back!

Very tasty and flavorful food. Nice piece of chicken in the the general tao. The beef noodle also yummy. We had also pork dumplings and they very good as well.
