been a long time customer but i reached my limit: this is the 4th time in a row where my order is wrong and this one is the worse. the 3 times before something was missing or overcharged like missing 2 pies, etc. this time i ordered 6 filets and paid for them and got only 4. received an additional fries for some reason that i paid for but never ordered. the order had none of the sauces i ordered and missing the sauces for the sweet potatoes. seriously, why do you tie the boxes so we can't look inside if you never get it right? i have lost over 50$ in lost articles on wrong orders in the last year alone. we decided that it is over for this location because either its at the counter or delivery, there is zero quality control. we think we were patient into waiting before complaining but this clearly shows a "i do not care" attitude as long as you pay. i will spend my money elsewhere.

Friendly and quick service. The chichen was fresh, moist and piping hot. But even better than the food was our waiter Guillaume who was on the ball and and provided top-notch service. Not only did he quickly offer refils on our drinks and coleslaws but he remembered I liked no ice in my drink. He is very kind and polite and at the top of our list of best servers we ever had. He is a huge asset to St-Hubert Vaudreuil.
