Nathalie deserves her salary doubled after the service we recived. She has brought the juciest coleslaw, with the most positive energy that St Hubert can offer. Her 40 years experience in hospitality was shining on the rainy day in Sainte Adele like the rising stars on a dark sky. The beers were more bubbly than ever before, the piri piri souce was tingling the tongue of my wife, and she didn’t hesitate to bring more fresh coleslaw to calm the tastebuds. Looking forward to more bbq ribs the next time around. Ps, St Hubert should expands to Europe, profit margins are solid in the region. Chicken is cheap. Labour is cheap too. Best, David
