We ordered from St-Hubert and after taking them almost an hour to come there was an error in our order so we called to tell them and they told us that they would send a new one which was fine after 45-55 minutes we called them back to ask them where it was they told us they forgot it and told us to cancel it and ask for credits which they were not able to do which led to us having to call the costumer service to talk to them and at first they were going to only give us 50% off of the order that was wrong after we explained he told us that he will do 100% credits no option to have my money back and will have credits I will never use because of this incident this was the last time we order from there.
