We spent there almost 2 hours. The service was extremely slow. We waited for a single drink over 20min. We ordered soups which tasted amazing but took a long time for an appetizer. The main dishes also took probably an hour or so, they were good but at the same time not worth such a long wait- we were considering leaving. Kids asked for ketchup and by the time the waitress brought it they finished their food. When paying (cash), the waitress straight up asked how much tip we are giving so she can give change. We never came across that, we get the change and then leave a tip. I personally wouldn’t recommend the place due to extreme long waits. We were there for almost 2h, such a waste of time.
Reviews / Ratings for Restaurant et bar St-Hubert
We went during carnival weekend… Very lucky to get a table! Service was good… Place was extremely busy. However, poutine was cold… French fries must’ve been sitting out for a while. We ordered lattes to go so we could see the parade… Cup was only half filled and coffee was so bad we all threw them out.
We always come to this location when we're in Quebec city. We knew it would be difficult time get a table on valentines day with the parade and all. By 720 the parade didn't start so we tried our luck. We were seated quickly. The server was very nice. I will saw the St.Hubert wrap was ridiculously small. But I just ordered an extra side. We got a late to go, which was $4 and it was foul. We had to throw it away. Usually a great experience, disappointed in the quality of food.
Super restaurant!!
It's been a few days since we ate at this sorry excuse for a buffet and I'm still angry do not under any circumstances eat the breakfast buffet it's a complete rip off $25 each for a pathetic excuse of a variety no vegetables no meats that are edible they served eggs which I'm sure were not eggs it was basically cottage cheese colored yellow with sandpaper the most disgusting eggs I've ever had then greasy links and beans, thats it, oh and some dry cheese, is all that was offered this should cost $8 and not 25$, my daughter had a croissant and a muffin probably $4 again not 25$ the waitress was lovely however does not change the fact that I'm out $64 after tip and tax worst breakfast I have ever had do not come here. I want my money back I really do I am still mad to this day.
First time in Quebec and was looking for a place that is open for a Christmas Eve dinner. Ambiance, cleanliness, service and food was 10/10. Angus beef, shrimps and chicken was cooked just the way we want it. The dessert was amazing - Vanilla cake with caramel and ice cream on top was my favorite. With most of the restaurants in Old Quebec full (hard time to get a reservation) and close for Christmas eve St-Hubert at Grand Allee st was a great find. Thank you St-Hubert you made our Christmas eve dinner so special.🎄🌟
