My wife and I went to this restaurant today to celebrate her birthday, but we had a terrible experience. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. First, the manager told me I didn’t speak English. Then, when I explained that we were allergic to the salad that came with the ribs, they refused to change it. It was the first time this had happened, and we’ve always had good service here. The staff was disrespectful, racist, and provided terrible customer service.

We had a wonderful experience. Even if it was absolutely full, we got served in a timely manner and the waitress was wonderfull. The only thing I'm not too keen on was the Ribs Burger. From the comments of my partner at the table: "It tastes like the bottom of the freezer". We determined it was most likely the onion rings in the burger but we couldn't say for sure. Otherwise it was a decent burger. I had the club sandwich personnally and that was wonderful. Ambiance was a tad loud but it was full and on a Saturday night so its to be expected. We were on the bar side so it wasnt that bad and talking to the person in front of me was trivial so yes, it was fine overall.
