We finished a full day of skiing at St Sauveur and decided to eat out. The St-Hubert was able to accommodate us with no reservation on a Wednesday evening. 5 kids at one table and 6 adults at another table next to them. The bar had a live DJ which was very unexpected. The bar area was hopping. Kids loved the music and we found it very entertaining. Food was as expected so were the drinks. My only complaint was that service was very slow. From order to first drinks was over 20 minutes and it took a while to get our order in. Well over an hour before any food made it to the table. Although the bar area was busy the floor itself wasn't. Maybe a staffing issue? Overall a good experience just much longer then we expected.
