I was really disappointed with my experience at St-Hubert. The service was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. We ordered Caesar salads that never arrived, yet they were still included on our bill at the end of the night. Our chicken strip meals were also missing the BBQ sauce they normally come with, and when we asked for some, we were only brought a single sauce for the whole table. Throughout the evening, we felt completely forgotten. We spent long periods waiting while our server seemed more focused on chatting with coworkers and customers than actually serving us. When it came time to pay, we mentioned wanting to use a gift card, which apparently required another machine. We ended up waiting around 40 minutes total just to pay, and eventually had to get up ourselves because nobody came back to our table. To make matters worse, our server was casually sipping on a beer while working and paying very little attention to our table. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disorganized, and far below the level of service we expected.

Went last week Thursday afternoon for lunch with my husband. We waited a few minutes at the desk before someone came to usher us to our seat. There was only one waiter serving the bar and the tables. I ordered chicken wings. It was tasty but the wings could not have been any tinier. My husband took the creamy and I took the sweet $ sour. Both were not very tasty or appetizing. Obviously not homemade. I sent mine back. We both ordered the rib/chicken combo. It was ok but not great. I didn’t not like the sauce on the ribs. The chicken was a bit dry and didn’t taste fresh. The meal was not hot just barely warm. It’s obvious that they don’t invest into buying or preparing quality food, purchasing prepared coleslaw, mash potatoes and french fries diminished the quality of their food. It’s just one step above macdonald’s. The dryness of the chicken might be because it is being air fried ???? The waiter was very polite and nice. Let’s say it’s nothing to rave about

Was told they would deliver to the certain address but they didn’t. App had terrible technical issues.

We used to live in Quebec and enjoyed visiting St Hubert. I had a chance to be in Montreal again and wanted to visit the restaurant. Things have changed. Biggest was the price. Over $21 plus tax for chicken breast dinner. The fries were not hand cuts and just regular Frozen, sauce and half a grilled bun. So needless to say this will be my last time visiting a St. Hubert. Afterwards I read that the same company that owns Swiss Chalet in the rest of Canada bought St. Hubert 10 years ago.

This St Hubert location has truly exceptional service. They managed a large group without a reservation very professionally and calmly even with low staff and went above and beyond to accomodate requests. I have had multiple visits with different servers and always had a great experience. And the food quality is good as well.
