The food is great and a must have when visiting Quebec but our server Chantal was the absolute best part of our dinner! We felt so welcomed by Chantal, she was so friendly, polite and patient. Sadly, we don't speak French but that was no problem at all, Chantal made us feel right at home. You can tell she loves to help and takes pride in her work. We hope to see her again when we come back to visit next season! Merci Chantal for the exemplary service!

Wow , the lack of service is astounding. Waiting nearly an hour to be served. Food all came separately. Spoke to a manager and expressed only excuses. Disappointed as this was our first time… will also be our last.

Daphne was an excellent waitress! She was welcoming, very kind and did such a great job. I was shocked that she had only worked here a few days, she. appeared to have much more experience and was very knowledgeable about the menu etc. Definitely an asset to St Hubert’s
