Made a reservation for my wife’s birthday for a party of six. When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was full but they would “try to accommodate us.” We were eventually seated at a table meant for four, with an extra table squeezed in for two more people—separated by a pillar—so we couldn’t sit together properly even though we could still see each other. Why accept reservations if you can’t actually accommodate them? We even arrived 10 minutes early. I also mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday, but it was never acknowledged. Service was very slow, and the food was just okay. It took 2.5 hours from the moment we sat down until we finished our meal. Overall, a very disappointing experience for what was supposed to be a special occasion.

Food was awful at take out. Rice undercooked chicken overcooked, small filets ridiculous portion. I was expecting much better. The takeout area is ridiculous, there is nobody. I had temporary switch to des Laurentides during the closing of st Martin but I will go back there since the new location is really bad. It is not for take out at all. Don’t bother going there save yourself a trip.

I visited the new location and had a great experience. The food was delicious (as usual with St-Hubert) and was served very quickly. The cocktails we ordered were equally great. Dany provided great table service. He was professional and attentive to our group's needs. He ensured we had everything we needed and came back a few times to make sure everything was going well with our supper. Dany provided exceptional service! The restaurant atmosphere was modern, welcoming and offered great ambience for myself and my party to enjoy a couple of drinks and share some laughs.

Look, the atmosphere and the servers were awesome. They were kind, helpful and attentive. My issue with my experience here was how dry the chicken was. This is a restaurant that specializes in rotisserie chicken, and the rotisserie chicken tasted like it had been under a heater for 5 hours. They should really check out Costco sometime. That being said, the St. Hubert Poutine was delicious and the Piri Piri sauce along with the gravy were very flavorful. If I came back, I would just stay away from the chicken.

We came for my grandmothers birthday dinner. To begin with the waitress was lost and didn’t know how to use her tablet for orders. Then we ordered nachos as an entree, with no sour cream and no peppers. They came FULL of sour cream. We asked for them to be remade and the second time they STILL had sour cream AND they had peppers too. So we asked for them to be remade FINALLY. My father’s chicken was cold and dry. The brownie we ordered was cold like it just came out of the fridge, and they did not ever bring my grandmothers birthday cake. On top of that we were still charged for the nachos which they messed up twice. The manager handled the situation very poorly and acted like it was a burden to fix the mistakes that his staff made, and did not care at all. He was quite rude. We won’t be back to this St. Hubert.

The server are very attentive for everything… especially the food…. My daughter not quite happy with her steak and they gave it for free…. The manager is very hospitable, the ambiance, the music is great! Clean and its a family oriented restaurant… definitely my and I will come back again! Merci! St. Hubert! A bientot!
