Martine provided excellent service. She was very patient with my poor French speaking skills. She understood us perfectly and ensured we could understand her and got exactly what we wanted. The food was 10/10 on flavour, texture, temperature, and speed of service. The restaurant was busy and you could tell it was run efficiently. We were greeted kindly despite us not speaking French. They also had English menus that were extremely helpful. Lively atmosphere but you could easily have a conversation with your group. Would recommend to anyone!

What a great place for food and superb service. Had lunch there and went back for dinner same day. A must try is the baked apple dessert. Special shout out to Rosalie who looked after us exceptionally.

We made a reservation based on the high reviews in the past year, popular place, friendly service, we both had the classique chicken roti, plenty of meat but we found it a bit too dry for our (European) taste while the fries were just not crispy enough. The food was not bad but overall did not live up to the expectations we had from all the 5 star reviews.

Rotisserie St-Hubert is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the service was second to none—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was outstanding, with that fresh, comforting quality you hope for when dining out. The portion sizes were perfect: generous enough to leave you satisfied, but not overwhelming. Even better, the prices were absolutely reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the level of service. If you are looking for a place with, excellent hospitality, fair prices, and a warm atmosphere, Rotisserie St-Hubert is well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

I was there during the hickey season. I enjoyed watching the game in the big screen. The chicken is good as usual.
