Every time I place an online order, the delivery is significantly delayed. Before leaving feedback for the Uber Eats driver, I checked the order status and noticed that the driver does his job. It appears that the restaurant does not prioritize online orders the same way they do walk-in customers, which causes unnecessary delays for delivery orders. I would appreciate better management of online orders to ensure timely service for all customers.

I had ordered the lunch combo for delivery. It included the cream of chicken soup. I choked on some bones unexpectedly in the soup. Called the company, and their HQ gave me a replacement meal on the house. I went in person to claim the meal at a later date, the person I spoke to was either the manager or owner, and she began to patronize me and treat me like a piece of crap fishing for a free meal!? I've since boycotted St-Hubert. Plenty of better rotisseries in the area that actually treat their customers well.

Close to 40 minutes for takeout, probably quicker to go next door & order in the restaurant, not much sympathy or apologies from the staff either for the long wait

Every time I order here the delivery is ALWAYS ALWAYS missing items!!!! I am very disappointed every time. I think this is possibly the last time I order delivery.

Awful experience. I went there hoping to enjoy a simple lunch with my daughter, and instead we left feeling ignored and disappointed. The place wasn’t busy at all, yet we sat there for 30 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Staff members were chatting among themselves, walking past us again and again, acting as if we didn’t exist. We felt invisible — like ghosts sitting at the table. What made it even worse was that the waitress who seated us clearly saw us get up and leave after waiting so long, and still didn’t bother to ask what was wrong. A very frustrating and upsetting experience, especially when you’re just trying to have a nice moment with your child.

Absolutely exceptional service at Bar area. Vero was 10/10, friendly fast efficient, every resto should follow her example, she loves what she does and it shows. Had Bangkok salad was sooo good! I will definitely be back at her section.

I do not remember much when I was going in for a dine in but delivery... Always tasted amazing. The poutine from this place is in my top 3 poutines to get. Recommended
