This was my first visit since Echo-Brunch opened. The restaurantwill seat about 60 at a mix of tables and banquettes so I sat at one of those. I ordered a latte and the shakshouka. Service was relaxed but prompt and I soon had my breakfast. The latte was fine, and the shakshoukha included the tomato sauce a frigate and two slices of toast. Anyway, I finished the breakfast which was tasty and I will be back to sample more of the menu. A promising start! This restaurant has a lot of potential and the menu is quite different to other local restaurants so it will be interesting to see how it develops.

Very nice and clean place with a more than generous breakfast, so much so I couldn't finish it.
Excellent dishes,nice staff,highly recommend
Great breakfast restaurant right next to our place. Friendly staff, classic type of breakfasts.
A quiet spot for a Friday brunch. The food was nicely displayed. It didn't look like they had as much fruits (gave only 1 toast) as the other reviewers pictures. It's still a good portion. The egg benedict with ham & avocado was nice, however the croissant underneath was stale. Overall, good experience.
Such a great find in Verdun! The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. The décor gives you that authentic brunch spot feel, and the food was genuinely delicious and fresh. The croissant egg benedict was extremely taste and flavourful! For the price, this place is easily a 5/5. It’s so nice to see a new family-owned brunch spot with affordable prices in the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!
The food was very good and the waiters are incredibly kind and welcoming ☺️ we suggest ordering the Egg Benedict, as it was on a bed of croissant which I think is a fun twist. The lattes are also incredible. The atmosphere was very cozy. Impeccable experience!
Great little brunch spot. Our server was lovely, the food was delicious, they had great coffee and prices were very affordable. 10/10 recommend.
We discovered this neighborhood gem in Verdun on google map and we were smitten by this cozy brunch spot! From.the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting - wood panels giving a chalet vibe, comfortable seating, just the right balance of lovely energy. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive service without being intrusive. As for the food, everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We loved every bite of the waffle with friend chicken and a shakshuka which we ordered. There is no doubt Echo Brunch has now become our go to brunch spot!
I visited this restaurant yesterday—it’s only been open for about three weeks. It was one of the most affordable brunch spots I’ve been to recently, and still surprisingly good. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their food. That said, the coffee wasn’t great, and my dish was served slightly below the ideal temperature—possibly because the space itself felt a bit colder than it should be. On the positive side, the service was excellent. The staff who took care of us were very friendly and attentive. The ambiance is still a work in progress, I’d say—but that’s understandable for a place that just opened. Overall, I would definitely come back without a doubt.
Great new spot in the hood. We jumped into our meals too quickly to take photos but the Shakshouka and Bris Matin and breakfast Roule were all delicious and extremely generous portions that came with drip coffee. We will absolutely be coming back.
Great new local addition. Delicious food and friendly staff. Worth a visit if you're in the area.
New brunch spot in the neighborhood and it is very welcoming! The French toast menu looks amazing but I always end up choose salty. Left perfectly full, but nothing extra ordinary. Excited to try new things … excellent matcha. They will start to get busy for sure!
I visited after seeing the good reviews. But...It was surprisingly quiet during brunch time, there was no one there except us, and only two more tables came in after we arrived. Everything, including the utensils and cutlery, was very clean and looked new, and the overall atmosphere felt like a simple countryside cabin. The staff were very friendly and the coffee served with the meal was fresh. The menu was a bit limited, so it might be nice if they had a signature dish that represents the place.
Cute new place with a simple menu. Tried the shakshuka and the chicken and waffles. Both delicious. Prices are $15-18 and a filter coffee included. My only complaint was the table syrup, I'd pay more for extra on the side.
My family tried this new place today. It was very nice! My kid liked the pear French toast, and liked that it came with ice cream. My breakfast plate was good value, they made my sunny side up eggs perfectly, not undercooked on top and the bottom had that crispy lacy texture. I really liked the variety of fruit it came with plus roasted cherry tomatoes, wow! And I love breakfast places where filter coffee is included :) My only suggestion would be to also have a classic one or two egg breakfast option where you can choose how many meats you want, if any. The breakfast plate came with two eggs and two choices of meat, and it came with creton and beans, there's no option for traditional breakfast if you want less. Overall we're happy and we will definitely be back! The staff was very friendly and took our allergies seriously.
The owners are hard worker people. They have created a chic wood cabin (chalet) place. We feel like we are in vacations at the Laurentides. Love the place and the coffee! 🖤🩶🤍
