We walked more than a km to get to this place. Server was pleasant and attentive and then had to leave mid way and next server had no idea - brough tea whilst we were still finishing lunch and they were instructed to bring at the end. Paneer bhurji was mellow at best and kadi pakora was not runny or tangy as it should be. Flies annoyed me the most, hovering over sweet lassi.

I used to live in the neighbourhood and this used to be my go to Indian restaurant. Their butter chicken is to die for and the family is super nice. They always give an amazing service!

Had a very pleasant dining experience at Didar Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavourful, and well prepared. We especially enjoyed the dal makhni, saag, kadai paneer, and tandoori roti.

We ordered the paneer tikka, garlic naan and malai kofta, and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was very patient, friendly, and attentive. I visited with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! 😊

AMAZING food & they make their own paneer onsite ♥️. Every dish was so good, large portions, & the service was wonderful. This was an impromptu dinner & were so impressed by the quality of the food!!! Highly recommend!

My family and I went to Restaurant Didar while visiting Montreal for the first time. We had a phenomenal experience. Our server was friendly and attentive. The menu had so many options and our server helped us pick out our dishes and gave very detailed descriptions of the flavors and spices. We enjoyed our lamb seekh kebab, chicken korma, chicken tikka masala, and naan. All around a great experience and a culinary highlight of our trip!

This is by far one of the best meals I had in a long time. This restaurant is a 4.7 easy! The food tastes amazing!! Mango lassi is fantastic. Homemade yogourt ! Naan is made in a tandoor — incredibly good. Quantity, quality and price wise all is a 5star The service is great and friendly and helpful. I don’t have enough good words to say about the food and service , simply extraordinary
