Exceeds my expectations everytime. Best bang for your buck. This is a high end restorant run by students, But the service while not perfect is up to spec and fancy. The students and staff are always eager to please their clients and awnser any questions.

Wonderful experience, simply delicious!
Superb. Great food. A wonderful mix of lovely flavours with gracefully presented plates of food
Delightful experience delivered by the ITHQ graduating class and staff. Our (mostly anglophone) group came for dinner, and were shown warm hospitality and exquisite attention to detail. I had the roasted cauliflower cigars main dish, and had never had cauliflower presented so elegantly and creatively, with amazing flavours and textures. And I grew up hating the vegetables. Five stars; it's nice to see the future of Quebec gastronomy is in good hands.
Very pleasant dinner!
Wonderful experience! The food was creative and delicious -- featuring local ingredients. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. The space is beautiful, with lots of windows. Really enjoyed our visit and would definitely go again.
We had a fantastic dinner on Saturday night and chose the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Every course was outstanding, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a unique wine. As someone who is gluten-free, I was more than accommodated—even when my dish differed, the wine pairing was adjusted accordingly. It was a great introduction to Québecois products, and we discovered several wines we wouldn’t have otherwise known. Highly recommend this experience—we will definitely be back.
I have bookmarked this restaurant for a very long time and finally came here for a birthday celebration today. The restaurant has a cozy décor and a lovely ambiance, enhanced by charming window shutters. We ordered the following from the lunch menu: Starters • Guinea fowl rillettes, brioche bread, mint, cucumber, and peas — 18 —> just ok • Chawanmushi (Japanese savory custard), Nordic shrimp, tapenade, and sea cucumber — 17 👎🏼 —> shouldn’t use the word “custard” as it was just steamed egg. This dish is not my cup of tea though. Main Courses • Pan-seared trout, seasonal vegetables — 29 👍🏼👍🏼 • Pork belly with sweet cicely, white bean ragout, cranberries, pink pepper sauce — 26 👍🏼👍🏼 Dessert - Blanc en soufflé, crémeux noisette, compotée de poire, chiffon citron 10 👍🏼 - Gâteau étagé au café, crème au mascarpone et chocolat 11👍🏼 Drink A glass of white wine from Portugal, one latte and one cappuccino We’re not sure whether the kitchen was understaffed during lunch today, but the service was noticeably slow. It took approximately 30 minutes for the bread and butter to be served, and about an hour before the appetizers arrived. Overall, we enjoyed both the food (except the appetisers) and the drinks. The small birthday gesture (two chocolate truffles) was a thoughtful touch and appreciated. However, shortly after leaving the restaurant, I experienced severe diarrhea within about 30 minutes, followed by my husband about an hour later. As we shared all dishes and this was our first meal of the day, with no food allergies, it strongly suggests that the issue may have been related to something consumed at the restaurant…
Great atmosphere. The staff was number one. Very professional.
Nice staff, very helpful and willingntonamwer questions. Food looks and tastes fantastic. Coffee was brought before dessert, which is a no no, but just this little glitch.
Highly recommend.
The restaurant is lovely, the decorations, the lighting, the high windows... But the food was so disappointing. It's as expensive as a gourmet restaurant but the taste is not there. For starters we had a lovely kind of egg custard but while the texture was good the taste was not there and they had put barely chopped stems on top as "salad" which we tried but found really unpleasant and then every dish was just worse. Too salty, nothing was refined. I would not recommend it, you will eat better for half the price in many restaurants, even just next door at La Fabrique.
Impecable service, kind people, and very good food! It would be nice to have an extended time for breakfast on weekends. But I'll be back, anyway!
Very nice room, professional staff. Complex dishes with many components and ingredients but for me some of the ingredients did not work well together. The deserts in particular were semi sweet and awkward. The wine pairing was very nice as the selections went well with each dishs.
Exceptional
