Had a private birthday in one of the rooms absolutely loved it. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious at a reasonable price. Truly amazing staff super welcoming and friendly. Had a great birthday ❤️

When you enter you feel a warm atmosphere that combines the old and the new. One waiter got upset very loudly at other waiters and it happened a couple of times, it distracted us from the quiet and comfortable setting. The menu is pretty diverse. We had a great waiter. We ordered the filet mignon and osso bucco. The filet mignon was not properly cooked. The waiter promptly offered complimentary wine glasses; a nice gesture. The drinks were nice. The deserts were a bit disappointing the cheese cake was very fluffy and had no density. The molten chocolate cake was not what you usually expect it was more of a mousse.

Good food,good service but watch your bill closely. I was overcharged and felt took advantage of. Definitely a tourist trap,don't fall for it. Sorry for choosing this please. I definitely don't recommend it.

Arrived at this restaurant for dinner with three friends and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The waiter was extremely pushy and constantly tried to upsell us more food. One of our friend’s plates was taken away before they had even finished eating, which felt very disrespectful and rushed. We initially ordered lamb chops, pasta, and steak. When another friend arrived about 10 minutes later, the waiter immediately pushed her to order another lamb chop dish. The lamb chops arrived first, but we then waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for the steak and pasta to arrive. In total, we spent around 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting for the full order, despite the restaurant not even being busy. When we brought up the concern, the manager downplayed the situation instead of taking responsibility. He responded by asking, “Do you need more food?” clearly trying to avoid addressing the issue properly. To make matters worse, the restaurant was extremely cold with no proper heating, and we were freezing while waiting for the food. Overall, very poor service, poor timing, and an unpleasant dining experience.

Terrible experience overall. Very disappointed with the service we received. The waiter wearing the suit and glasses was extremely rude, pushy, and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. We were even asked to pay before receiving our food, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, he kept pressuring us to order extra items even after we said no multiple times. I’ve honestly never experienced service like this before. Definitely not a place I would recommend based on how we were treated. Do yourself a favour and stay away!!!!!!

We had a lovely dinner at Ristorante Da Vinci. Lavi and the waitstaff were attentive without hovering. The menu was extensive without being overwhelming. We were provided with suggested wine pairings for our meal, which ended up being spot on. The food was delicious . We look forward to hosting a private event here later this month.

Da Vinci delivers on ambiance and service! this is a genuinely elegant restaurant with polished, attentive staff and food that tastes great. A special shoutout to Vince, who was an outstanding host. He kept the restaurant open late so our group could finish up at our own pace, which meant a lot for a big bachelor party group. Our server was fantastic too, great service and kept us laughing all night, which really added to the atmosphere. Be prepared: portion sizes are on the smaller side for the price point, and the drinks bill will likely be the biggest line item on your tab. Worth a visit for a refined dining experience, but go in with eyes open on the cost.

I went to Da Vinci with my boyfriend, and honestly, the experience was very disappointing. The food was okay, but nothing special — definitely not what we expected for this kind of restaurant. The biggest issue was the service. It really felt like the staff only cared about money. The server kept insisting that we add more dishes or order dessert, even after we clearly said we didn’t want anything else, which was quite uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, my boyfriend left a 14% tip before tax, which was already a significant amount given how high our bill was. Despite that, the server seemed upset and walked away showing clear dissatisfaction — very unprofessional. On top of that, he kept laughing loudly and chatting with the table next to us, creating a noisy and inappropriate atmosphere that disturbed our dinner. Overall, poor service, unpleasant ambiance, and a strong impression that money is the only priority.

One of the best restaurants in Montreal! The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Vince in particular provided outstanding service that made the experience even better. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Had an amazing experience here for my girlfriend’s birthday! The food was absolutely incredible. I had the seafood pasta, which was fresh and full of flavour, and my girlfriend loved her butternut squash ravioli. We started with the salmon tartare and beet salad, both delicious and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive, super attentive and friendly all night. The atmosphere was immaculate, perfect for a special occasion. Vince even came to sit with us, which made it feel really personal. They also treated us to their famous tiramisu and a limoncello digestif such a great touch. Highly recommend!

Your Valentine’s menu was honestly very disappointing. It was never mentioned anywhere on your website that the evening would be a fixed menu, which was frustrating in itself. We were seated for about 45 minutes for what was supposed to be a three-course meal, which made the entire experience feel rushed and poorly thought out. The portion sizes were shockingly small for the price paid. I genuinely couldn’t help but laugh when I saw one Brussels sprout and one carrot on my plate. This was meant to be a special evening, and I was genuinely embarrassed for choosing your restaurant for Valentine’s Day. The experience did not reflect the level of quality or care one would expect.

Booked this restaurant for Valentine's day in advance, nothing advertised on their website about a set menu. After waiting ten minutes without anyone acknowledging us to be seated, we were given a set menu with very limited options for an expensive price. Only one appetizer per couple included. Despite asking for alternatives for dietary restrictions we were told no and that it was valentines day so what did we expect. The whole meal felt rushed, unable to get the waiters attention waiting for bread after asking repeatedly, and felt like their only goal was to seat as many tables as possible. Food was mediocre. Very disappointed.

Was looking forward to trying this place and having a nice Valentine's day dinner but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We were given a set menu (which was not advertised anywhere on their website; when we asked about this, they told us it was on their instagram, which we obviously don't follow) and told there were no other options even though my parter was allergic to half of it, while other patrons were served à la carte. Almost no vegetarian option and when asked to be accommodated for our food restrictions, we were served a watery risotto. Service was rushed and we felt like it was not up to the standards of a nice restaurant like Da Vinci is supposed to be. They overbooked the evening and pushed the tables together; music was loud and the place felt crowded. I tend to be a very easy customer but this was disappointing enough to feel compelled to write a review.

Menu was fixed for valentine’s day, 95$ per person and the portions were very small, sharing one portion of a green salad with 2 small pieces of burrata each and 3 mostly bite size desserts. 5 regular sized lobster ravioli. Service was subpar, we were not given a drink menu not were we asked if we wanted drinks, it was very unpleasant and rushed although there were few tables. Would not come back.
