I have tried to visit this restaurant twice, but unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time was last year. We stood at the entrance for about 20 minutes, and no one came to greet us or even let us know whether we could seat ourselves. Today, we decided to give it another chance after seeing a table of five people eating outside. Their food looked amazing, so we were excited to try it. At the same time, a father and his son walked in with us. The four of us stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. We could see someone working in the kitchen, but no one came out to greet us or take our order. Eventually, the father and his son left to go to Shaker, and we decided to leave as well. It’s disappointing because the food looked great, but the lack of customer service made it impossible to stay. Hopefully, this situation improves, as you lost four customers today. Someone should always be available in the dining area to welcome guests and let them know what to do.
