Wonderful customer service, I placed an order through the app but due to some glitch it end up being wrong. However the staff made my order to preference without any hesitation.

I ordered and paid extra for garlic sauce and two additional pitas after being told this place was better than Amir. I am extremely disappointed. The portion size is barely enough for one adult, the food arrived cold, and there was no garlic sauce and no pita at all. The delivery driver didn’t even ring the doorbell. When I called to explain what was missing, the lady who answered was not helpful at all. She told me to cancel the order on DoorDash, even though there is no option to cancel on the app. All I received was meat and rice — no sauce whatsoever, two tiny pieces of paper, and a few olives. Honestly, what am I supposed to do with this? Eat it as a snack? This was a complete letdown. I will not be ordering from here again. I’d much rather pay $20 at Amir and actually get a proper meal that actually fills you for the night.

Boustan never disappoints. Juicy chicken shawarma, fresh toppings, and great value. Consistent quality every visit — easily one of the best reliable Lebanese spots around.

I tried dine in at Boustan. I really enjoyed the food. Salad was fresh. Overall, quantity was also good. Indoor seating area was clean and nice.

The potatoes were amazing, but other than that, I do not recommend. Instead Amir is a 1000% better and cheaper. Only went there because the Amir was closed.

First time at Boustane, we ordered to go. First, not much choice of salads, only 5 choices and you get to pick only one. We took the beet salad. Some pieces were so hard, almost like they were barely cooked, probably due to the pieces of beets not cut uniformly. Food tasted good but barely any meat in our our containers, almost as if it was for decoration purposes only and the meat was cut up into tiny little pieces, I don't know why. The pita bread that came with it was so dry, it would break into flakes when rolling it up. Our containers had more rice than anything else. Good way to cut expenses I guess. For the same price, we'll go to Amir in Valleyfield where they have many choices of salads, you get to pick 2 instead of just 1 and you actually get meat in your plate and the quality is unmatched. Sorry Boustane but not good enough for us.
