The food is delicious and the deals are excellent, but the pickup timing via Uber is consistently inaccurate. Orders often take up to 45 minutes - triple the estimated time in the app. Great flavors, but the wait times need serious improvement

They close the store 20 minutes ago at 9:40, which is unacceptable and their excuses we have to clean that which should not include the closing time
