The shistaouk plate was lacking chicken The rice was flavorless and the coleslaw salad it comes with was very very dry

Boustan at Fairview Mall is hands down one of the best spots for both food and service. Everything is incredibly fresh, the portions are very generous, and the service is always warm and attentive. Every time you eat there, you end up getting a little extra with your order—they’re truly generous and welcoming. Consistently amazing experience. Highly recommended!
