Came to this place after 14 years. Was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was as delicious as I had the first time! Especially there garlic potatoes. The shawarma was still top notch. Memories unlocked!

I live very close to Boustan but every time order from them, the delivery takes over an hour. I can literally go to the grocery store come back and cook my dinner and it would be faster.

After over 20 years of going to Boustan's I think I will be taking a break after a bad experience. I went into this location, which I've been to before and waited at the cash to order as I have done before as there is no sign that I saw on where to order. I was the only customer there waiting to order, with 2 other bike delivers just waiting to pick up an order. It took the person in front of me a while to pay and when it came to my turn I was told that there is another line, I turn to see 5 or so people in line. If there was one I would have been fine but such a long line formed and now I have to go to the back. I moved on and ate somewhere else, the employee didn't really care and I'm sure I won't be missed but I'll go somewhere else for a while.

Tried Boustan today and honestly really liked it. Got the chicken shawarma with garlic potatoes. Everything tasted fresh and the potatoes were really good, especially with garlic sauce. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. They were patient with us and made sure everything was good with the order. Service was pretty quick too. Good portions and decent price. Definitely coming back.

Ever since Boustan rebranded to their new hideous green and pink logo it has gone profusely downhill. Its just not the same as before. Their second time rebranding since 2020 and they did it even worse... Using AI for their menu images too... SMH...

Purchased the large mixed shawarma bowl on Tuesday and was saddened to find the very small serving of meat that was added to the bowl.
