I ordered the chicken shawarma trio .. but got home and started to eat it and it was the beef shawarma .. I ate it anyways .. but would have been happier to get what I actually ordered

I’ve been to this location a couple times and they’re very generous with the garlic sauce which I love and the staff is nice

The service is so amazing every time. The food is phenomenal and its the perfect environment for a chill time. The workers are very kind and generous! My friends and I can’t help but get something every time we pass by

I've been to many boustans but this one was my least favourite. The customer service is poor, especially if you are trying to customise your sandwich, Got a weird vibe from the workers. Also, the coleslaw looked stale, with only little meat. Never wasting my money again.

This Boustan used to be great and one of my favorite places to order out from, but there's been a severe decline in the past year, especially in consistency. Sometimes the garlic sauce lacks garlic flavor and is essentially just mayo, sometimes the cabbage used in the coleslaw is hard and bitter and inedible, and way too often the rice or chicken is overcooked and dry. Unfortunately there's always something off with my order. Hopefully things change soon but I'm going to avoid ordering from them for the next 6 months or so. UPDATE: Tried them again after almost a year. Nothing has changed. Coleslaw still bitter and inedible, and the chicken still overcooked. Also gave me an upset stomach. To make matters worse, they've increased their prices on UberEats by several dollars per bowl. Sticking to Amir's or Shawarmaz from now on.
