First time that I come to this location. Super friendly staff, however we ordered beef shawarma platter, unfortunately it wasn’t fresh at all. We ate it because we were starving after work but it was like from yesterday. Disappointed in our first experience at this location, usually we are happy at Boustan :(

I got a takeout order of falafel wraps and chicken wrap tonight. Falafels were dry and the chicken wrap came with hummus, instead of the garlic sauce inside. In another order before, the potatoes were burnt and oily. This store has not had consistent standards in my orders

Unfortunately, I noticed that the employee did not change gloves and used the same gloves for handling different tasks. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in a restaurant. It shows a serious lack of food safety standards and professionalism. I am very disappointed and concerned about the cleanliness of this place.

Typical fast food place. Nothing that stands out to them and others. But this place had nice people working there all the time and it's a clean place. They also have great specials that make it worth going late at night or if theres a meal you like. Probably have a day for it on special. Solid 4/5 for a fast food place.
