I’ve been to many Boustan locations over the years, and sadly, not all of them have maintained the same quality. This location, however, is one of the rare gems that still delivers truly delicious food — it takes me right back to the early days when there were only two locations and everything tasted exceptional. The owner and staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming. They even prepared fresh garlic potatoes for me, which was a lovely touch that shows they genuinely care about their customers. If you visit, do yourself a favor and try the Pita Creation — it far surpasses what you’ll find at most other Boustan locations. It’s hearty, satisfying, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this location to any Boustan fan, old or new!

Great experience as usual. Whenever I go there, does not matter at what time, the food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is always friendly, professional and courteous. Attentive to their customers’ needs, they ask questions, make suggestions and prepare orders carefully. Always a great experience . I would recommend them.

I had a great experience at Boustan! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. But what really stood out was the amazing service from Nadin. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to get service that genuinely elevates your visit. Nadin definitely did that. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best customer service - person at the counter was welcoming and kind and friendly. Makes all the difference. The food was FRESH. I mean FRESHHH. We will go out of our way to come back here.

One of the shittiest experience I had ordering through uber. I order a special plate buy one get one free ,with a extra drink and two extra sauces. When I get the order it's the wrong name on the reciept and it doesn't have those items and it's missing everything except the two plates. I call the restaurant and they say they gave everything and I contact the driver and he confirms he only picked one order and that it was this one and it did not have a drink or anything else, wich means it was their fault not the drivers. After some back and forth with a guy there they request another driver and send me what was missing. Once I get the bag not only did they write that's it's the second time sending me this, bascially giving me attitude and straight up calling me a liar but they shaked up my drink like crazy. When I opened it up, half of it spilled out. Safe to say I will not be giving my money back to them.

The best Boustan spot in MTL. The people and service are amazing. They made me one of the crunchiest chicken shawarma, and their garlic potatoes were delicious. If you want friendly, good food and good prices, go here!

BEST SERVICE EVER! most pleasant employees in town, no exaggerating! Nayim treats every customer like they matter, with a smile, great service and great care for the food and experience. Seriously jealous of people of have this restaurant next door!
