This restaurant’s promotion is a scam. I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup because the app clearly advertised “Buy 1 Shawarma Junior, Get 1 Free.” Based on that offer, I ordered two Shawarma Juniors expecting the promotion to apply to each item (2 paid + 2 free). Instead, I only received two shawarmas and was charged for both, with no promotion applied. This is misleading advertising and completely different from what was clearly shown in the app at the time of purchase. Customers should not have to guess how a promotion is applied when the wording is clear. What makes this worse is that I have ordered from the same location using the same promotion on Feb 14, Feb 3, Feb 1, and Jan 24, and those orders were processed correctly. The exact same promotion was advertised again today but was not honored. @Owner / Operator: Please review this order and either honor the promotion or issue an appropriate refund/credit immediately, or provide the two free shawarmas that should have been included to complete this order. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue through Uber Eats and submit a formal complaint regarding this misleading promotion and scam.
