Meat is frozen in the gyro. They had a gas leak the other night (attached picture), surprised this place isn't shutdown by the health department. Certainly not anywhere near the Boustan standard. Avoid at all costs.
I love that this location is open 24h. They are very good at handling the lunch crowds. Quick, efficient, friendly service. With the new management of the Boustan franchise, they have more options and a nice weekly lunch special menu. I like to come here on Tuesday's because it is the beed shawarma trio. The food is always fresh. I find that their potato size is a bit smaller than it used to be but such is life. There is a lot of seating as well but it does get crowded so it is a good idea to get to go. This location is also shared with Madame Poulet!

Boustan is greater than Osmows as a chain. The portions are generous, flavour is consistent, those garlic potatoes are just so good. I remember the first time having Boustan and I was just craving a shawarma plate from here. I can't believe how big of a chain it is now but it's still really good.

honestly liked this branch better than the other ones until today. decided to try the new philly sandwich, placed a mobile order at 11:29 and received my order at 11:52 and it wasn’t even as busy. there were 3 people waiting with me and someone also had an order of 3 philly sandwiches and i understand delays might happen but they didnt even bother to ask until I did about why it was taking so long at 11:45. then they finally saw it and started. the sandwich was meh, the meat was good but it was greasy which made the bread soggy. Should have used less sauce or dealt with the grease in a better way since it’s bread not pita
Severe safety hazards and the owner does not prioritize customer safety and customer and my documents were taken by Matthew and the police of Montreal are useless. Yes it is right next to McGill and better to be avoided. The name is Boustan McGill
Love the open kitchen concept. You can really see how they make/prepare your food. The place is always clean when I come here for breakfast on Saturday mornings before my 9:00am class. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

First I request 2 sandwiches of shawarmaz and Pepsi But they don't have change I decided to pay later with card I paid money and they reject to give my food. I decided to leave because bad experiences So don't visit them at all
The staff at this branch are rude, arrogant, and not clean. I do not recommend dealing with this branch.

Better than I expected. The service is excellent, and the location is kept clean.
Overall food quality has declined! Chicken too dry and tasteless. Two Bangladeshi guys behind the counter have no interest in customer service or making experience better. Everything is a - no! It feels like food being thrown on plate to be served. We ended up throwing the whole bowl away as the rice , chicken and potatoes were stale and unbeatable
