They make the food so quickly and they are the nicest people!! The food is fresh and well served.
Found a hair on my salad, very disappointed shows that this restaurant is not clean. Also Shishtaouk was full of chicken fat and barely any chicken. Disappointed

The shistaouk chicken pita was simply all coleslaw and barely any chicken. I had ordered two and when I empty them onto my plate my plate was full of coleslaw a mountains worth. Absolutely horrible rip off
Edited review from when I first started coming here: unfortunately shrinkflation is a thing. The prices have gone up AGAIN and now the plates are smaller. Will not be returning anymore sadly
If you plan on ordering from this store, I recommend against using their website to make the order. I made an order on their website as they had a promotion for a free pita when buying 1 pita and a drink. The website clearly showed 2 pitas and a drink for the item I ordered in the picture and also had a banner displaying the same promotion. I tried adding an extra pita separate from this order just in case this was how the promotion worked, but the website tried charging me full price for the second pita, so I simply understood that the initial item I ordered already contained both pitas, as there were already two pitas displayed in the picture. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, they first could not find it. I confirmed the order number and indicated it was made on the website. They had never received the order as it did not print so I had to wait for them to make it. The same situation happened when I made an order on the website previously so I wasn't surprised. Once they prepared the order and gave it to me, there was only one pita. I told the clerk I ordered two pitas as per their promotion and he told me I only ordered one. I went on the website and showed the clerk what I ordered with a very clear picture of two pitas and also showed him the banner for the promotion. He kept arguing that I only ordered 1 pita despite me providing proof of what I ordered. I did not want to argue about this further as I had already wasted enough time so I simply asked for him to cancel the order (as I had already pre-paid for this order on the website) so I could go somewhere else. The clerk refused to cancel the order. I then asked if he was going to make the second pita in that case, which he also refused and started arguing with me about how I had used a coupon code on their website ($3) as well as using the reward points I had accumulated from a past order. I told him I failed to see how this was relevant and found it strange how he was weirdly trying to make me seem like I was either a thief for using reward points on top of a coupon (despite their website allowing this) or a karen for trying to stand up for myself and trying to get what I ordered. The clerk then held me hostage, both refusing to cancel my order and refusing to make the second pita, saying he needed to contact his supervisor to see how to proceed. After talking to his supervisor, he passed him to me on the phone. I explained the situation to the supervisor as I had explained it to the clerk. The supervisor first tried to gaslight me into saying that what I needed to do was add an extra pita to the order for the promotion to take effect. When I told him I had already tried doing that very thing without it working, he then admitted that he had just fixed the issue on the website, after I had made the order, and that today was supposedly the first day of that promotion. He told me he would make the second pita and he would add points to my account. I was honest and told him adding points to my account was unnecessary as I obviously would not order from there again after what happened. This whole ordeal took around 30 minutes and I wrote most of this review while waiting.
