Went out of their way to cater to my friend who is celiac. Obliged when I asked them to make the chicken wrap extra grilled and crispy. Delicious and great experience.

Honestly best boustan place ever, they fill the plates to the max and always put so much garlic sauce. Boustan is better than Amir by far if you disagree go to Boustan on Boul St-Charles and it’ll change your mind.

Such an amazing place with such a welcoming staff specially the guy on the cashier he had such a welcoming smile and offered me all the help i needed. Food tasted super good and will be coming back for sure!!

Food quality has noticeably dropped compared to before. It used to be much better with the previous owner. I hope the new owner would improve it again and keep up the business going even with their slow activities. Overall, disappointing experience.

Long time customer, but the way the meat is cooked is not good, recently the chicken is super dry. Chicken should not crumble.

Man this place is amazing! They have never let me down; every single time I have gone I have had an excellent experience. I would recommend asking for Garlic sauce and Boustan sauce on the poutine if you get it, and I love the limited time Philly Shawarma!

Came in and got served by a crew of 3 guys and they were all on point. Service was fast, no confusion, everyone knew their role and kept things moving smooth. Food was fresh, well made, and portions were solid. You can tell these guys actually care about what they’re doing, not just rushing people through. Honestly one of the better Boustan experiences I’ve had. If this is the regular crew, they’re doing it right.

I honestly expected much better from Boustan. The food was disappointing — the chicken was dry, the portions felt smaller than usual, and the flavors just weren’t there. It didn’t taste fresh at all. The service also wasn’t great. The staff seemed rushed and not very friendly, and my order took longer than it should have even though the place wasn’t that busy. On top of that, the restaurant didn’t feel very clean, which made the experience even worse. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back — there are way better shawarma spots in Montreal.
