It was my first time at Boustan and I loved it. The food was delicious and fresh. The portions generous and the service welcoming. I will come back.

Literally the worst what happened to u guys? I ask for a kids meal you put potatoes and seal it in a box without the combo. Then I ask for a salad you give me a nasty mushy salad. It’s been three four times now I’m actually fed up it’s a disappointment honestly the quality is so bad and god forbid I got the tandoor roti chicken plate and my goodness the SMELLL ON IT WAS DISGUSTING it felt like someone died in my plate . Just nasty so sad honestly. And please atleast cook the shawarma it’s like raw.

Had a great experience at this location. I ordered a beef shawarma wrap with potatoes and garlic sauce on the side. The wrap had plenty of meat and stayed together without becoming a huge mess. Potatoes were fresh and nicely seasoned too. Really enjoyed everything.

I just took out the food yesterday. I went there after a while. The food quality was dropped dramatically after these years and the beef Shawarma smell really bad.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant today! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, and the waiting time was almost nothing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back.

This restaurant might be the best fast food spot in the West i have visited in my life the whole team is so nice and friendly, food is done to perfection. I got the chicken pita and i completely loved it. Highly recommended to anyone and surly i will be back

I noticed that recntly the beef quality in their Beef Shawerma dropped significantly. I tried it many times since then and it is the same rubbery tastless meat. Not going to try it again. Switching to other restos.

Unfortunately the food quality has deteriorated over time. My beef shawarma was full of muscle fat in every bite - ir was impossible to eat. Plus the meat tasted old. I remember how it used to taste like. I used to love Boustan's beef shawarma. Really disappointed

We’ve had Boustan on our list for a while but we didn’t want to go to the one in Ottawa due to the poor reviews. When we were in the area, we decided to go to this location. We really enjoyed the shawarmas and poutines we had. They were all quite filling. Poutine had a lot of gravy and cheese which we truly enjoyed. It was quite empty when we arrived but it was packed by the time we left even though it was super late at night.
