I ordered a chicken shawarma bowl from Boustan, but when I got home I realized they had given me beef. I went back and told them about the mistake, since I don't eat beef. The employee apologized and took my bowl to the back. I assumed they'd make me a fresh one. Instead, he took the beef out of my bowl and put it back with the freshly cut beef to serve to other customers. That bowl had already left the restaurant, and I'd already eaten some of the rice and potatoes with my fork. Putting food that has been out of the restaurant and handled back into the serving line is a food safety issue, and it's just plain disgusting. It gets worse. The rest of my bowl had gone cold by then, and they didn't remake it or throw out the rest of the food for sanitary reasons. They just swapped the beef for chicken and handed it back. I won't be returning, and I'd encourage others to be careful.

I got oven chicken instead of classic even though I ordered classic. The gentlemen told me I had to ask for sliced chicken even though the menu specifies differently. That's the reason why I'm switching definately to Amir. They don't have that nonsense! Btw, I understand the concept for chicken oven for you guys to speed up orders but it really doesn't taste de same

The worst boustan ever. Order 2 kids rice chicken bowls they sent it with no rice and dry chicken . Ordered 2 regular bowls with boustan sauce on th chicken it came with burned potatoes all black ( no joke) and with no sauce on the meat . Disgusting! In the garbage !

ITS JUST BAD went back a few years later costumer service is still shit, overpriced and they are very cheap with their chicken and beef, ordered extra and he still didnt put enough. worst boustan in quebec

I know the food is very good because I went before. Unfortunately, last time I went I was ignored by the staff. I thought they were busy and tired so I just waited, but when they were done with everybody in the restaurant they left in the back store leaving me alone without even acknowledging me... I walked out and got something else to eat. (April 23rd 2026, around 8 PM)

I ordered a Philly shawarma today and it was very bad the bread was burnt from the inside I think they tried to fry the bread but I got burnt and it sucked too much oil and the stuffing it tastes like nothing with the bread I think it’s yesterdays
