The portions were generous without being overwhelming, which made the whole meal feel well-balanced and worth it. On top of that, the service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and efficient without being overbearing. Overall, Bona Fide delivered on all fronts: great food, solid portions, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Best italian food I've ever had in North America period. Even compared to Italy it's a tough battle. We went to Sicily for our honeymoon for 10 days and we thought the pasta is better at Bona Fide. Beyond the unbelievable food, the service is just fantastic and the vibe is really nice. One of our absolute favorite restaurants in Montreal.

Listen, if you eat meat, you HAVE to try the beef tartare. It’s the kind of dish you think of when your life flashes before your eyes. I don’t even like tartare. Especially beef. But this, dear reader, is to die for.
