Station B is a not to be missed dining experience if you are staying in Val David or nearby. We stayed 4 nights in Val David on a recent ski trip to Les Laurentides between Christmas and New Years and dined at Station B two times for dinner. Even though Station B is described as a tapas restaurant, the offerings are not simply starters by any means. Each offering has the complete flavors and ingredients associated with a "full plate". We felt the need to eat slowly and savor each unique, delicious and thoughtfully paired ingredient. The owner was not only the host but also the waiter, bartender and busser. We imagine staffing might have been an issue over the holidays. But, it was clear the owner and kitchen staff are dedicated to providing every diner with a tasty, unforgettable food and beverage experience.
