The entire experience was more than wonderful, ambiance, food, service, cleanliness, price and parking space. We went for my son's 17th birthday and they stored the ice cream cake we brought, took it out, placed the sparkly thingies and then cut the cake for us as well. I went almost a week ago, and can't wait to go again.

Amazing service, great quality food. Solid drinks. Very hospitable and a fun overall vibe. Note: don’t going for quiet if the Habs are playing 🏒 lol. Thanks Annie and Brian and the whole team. Keep on Kluckin’!

Visited on April 12 from out of town. Food portions were great and the service was friendly and attentive. The issue was with the fountain drinks. Our server frequently offered refills — often when our glasses were still half full — which made it feel like refills were complimentary (as is pretty standard). We ended up accepting a few without thinking twice. Only when the bill came did we realize each refill was charged individually. At no point was this explained, and the repeated offers felt a bit misleading in hindsight. I followed up by email afterward and didn’t receive a response back.

I went for the Hockey game and it was a good time, fun vibes. There was a huge delay with the food though. the manager and the waitress were very professional about it and compensated us. Shoutout Annie the best waitress in the world, and Ryan an OG Mf from the jump. He managed the hell out of last night. They saved the night and are invited to thanksgiving 🙏 Ps. they also put cute little Habs logo in the beer

Tonight was a difficult night for the staff at Birdhouse DDO and I feel the need to share my experience! (It’s positive keep reading). It was a busy night and the kitchen was backed up two hours so my table alongside everyone else didn’t get their food for a while. I ordered a salad and I could only describe myself as “being difficult”. Remove this, this on the side, double this, etc. When the food ended up coming none of my requests were complete and it came completely standard (besides the double chicken). I don’t like making a fuss about mistakes because I know restaurant work can be very stressful but I felt in this situation it was merited. Once I told Anni/ Annie/ Ani, our waitress, she immediately took care of it and told her manager, Ryan/ Rian/ Rhyan. They very nicely took care of my bill and I didn’t have to pay for a thing (not even my Diet Coke! Which I offered to pay for). I wanted to write this review just to say thank you for the professionalism and for resolving my issue in a stressful time. They definitely have me in their good graces and I’m sure they will take care of you if you go as well. Also it’s worth mentioning the salad was very tasty regardless! I was really impressed! In a perfect world I would be giving birdhouse 5 stars, but I give it four stars because the service/ professionalism as well as the food was great; but a mistake did happen and I think this is fair. I’m not pointing fingers at anyone, this stuff happens. I think a thank you to Anni and Ryan is merited (at the very least) by whomever reads this, because they saved my night and gained you a very positive review. P.S. Go Habs Go (we lost)

4 family members and myself got served by two very helpful and stunning ladies, Chelsea and Patricia. The go to at this place are the wings also known as "La Wingerie" I would suggest the Legendary WNT Buffalo wings. The Gorgonzola Brisket burger is also very tasty, would suggest to take it with sweet potato fries. Make sure you choose to sit on the terrace outside.

Food was great and the ambiance too. Well priced and great portions..family friendly too. Will definitely go back the menu options are amazing… *edit* its been 3 years since I wrote this and I have gone many times since, food had remained the same if not better, prices are great and staff is super friendly always.

We didn’t have a great service experience on our first visit a while back, but decided to give it another chance and it’s improved a lot. The manager, Ryan, was really welcoming and attentive. The food was good and the atmosphere is great. We’re glad we came back.

Girls night out, first time at the Birdhouse. We loved the atmosphere, food was delicious, menu was very everyone friendly. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, accommodating. We'll be back!

Me and my girlfriends had the absolute best time! Charlotte was our waitress and she was incredible, so sweet, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience feel special and heartwarming 💛 I definitely recommend making a reservation, and if you can, ask for Charlotte you won’t regret it!

This place is amazing! Awesome twist on cocktails, beer was good. Wings were absolutely incredible! 1lb of wings for 18$, and let me tell you, they are big , plump and juicy 😋 Honestly, I expect to go back, the staff was fantastic and the atmosphere was great! We were 20 ppl and one was a 3yr old who was dancing about and it was great. I have only one negative. We were seated by the tv which took the entire wall and it was very blinded and would strobe light in our faces which was literally 3 feet away ftom our tables. Way too big of a tv right beside tables

Me and the Girlfriend were looking for a new spot to eat at. She seen tons of TikTok videos showing off Birdhouse. So we hit it up Birdhouse in the west island. And it didn't disappoint. The food was amazing. And the staff and the manager are extremely nice. They make you feel at home. I can't say enough about Birdhouse. I will definitely be going back. If you've never been you need to try it out.

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty as there were just us two and two other people dining in. As we were eating, two more walked in. Despite having over 20 tables available, the waitress put them right next to our table and asked my partner to move his jacket which was placed on the booth right next to where he was sitting. There were sooooo many tables and the restaurant was predominantly vacant, so I don’t know why would you squeeze someone in right next to another and leave 20 plus other tables empty.

Short story to tell I love birdhouse DDO and the reason every-times I go the manager( tall blond gentleman ) over there giving his soul to make it a pleasant place to be , running all over smiling and serving , food is the best atmosphere great and the place is spick and span and I give the credit to the beautiful team that lead by a great manager highly recommended .
