We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty as there were just us two and two other people dining in. As we were eating, two more walked in. Despite having over 20 tables available, the waitress put them right next to our table and asked my partner to move his jacket which was placed on the booth right next to where he was sitting. There were sooooo many tables and the restaurant was predominantly vacant, so I don’t know why would you squeeze someone in right next to another and leave 20 plus other tables empty.

Hi M D. To be honest, I have no idea why they did that. That was totally a bad decision and I'm really sorry for that. There was absolutely NO reason for that to happen - none. Short story to tell I love birdhouse DDO and the reason every-times I go the manager( tall blond gentleman ) over there giving his soul to make it a pleasant place to be , running all over smiling and serving , food is the best atmosphere great and the place is spick and span and I give the credit to the beautiful team that lead by a great manager highly recommended .

Food was great, big portions with variety but not a overwhelming menu, wings were delicious. Bu the star of our evening was our waitress, I don't recall her name but she was fabulous - attentive, quick, very pleasant and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was a little loud for my liking (hard to speak to people who are not right next to you) but would definitely go back.

This was my third visit at birdhouse and it has never disappointed me! Our waitress Catherine was the best, super attentive, friendly and overall amazing service! She really made us feel special on our date night by going above and beyond. We got the hot sticks as our entree not as spicy as we thought it would be but didn’t change how delicious it was. We shared some wings and the animal burger with a really generous portion of fries and wow! You can tell the food is fresh and made in house:) The manager Ryan stopped by our table to check on us and you can tell he’s very professional and cares a lot about the company. Overall a great place to grab a bite/drink in the west! They have screens all over but don’t make you feel like you’re at a sports bar the ambiance is wonderful:) The staff make you feel extremely welcomed thanks again to Catherine and charlotte for making our night with their charisma and smiles!! Can’t wait for my next visit!!! (Unfortunately we couldn’t resist the delicious smell of our food so here’s how much we enjoyed our meal in pictures)

So far everything that I have eaten there has really been something! From the large sized, tasty seasoned chicken wings, to the savoury chicken or fish tacos, to the delicious cheeseburger… oh and I can’t forget the regular and bone marrow fries, this place just doesn’t disappoint! A great place to hang out with friends and share a laugh or two, over great food and drinks!

I appreciated the phone call to confirm my reservations and any food allergies to mention as well as if it was a special occasion. It’s extremely bright with the oversized tv screen but the left side corner back section was great. Wings are large buffalo style, with a batter coating. 4 star food because it is more like bar food than 5 star cuisine. Service is great and friendly. First time there, will go back. Enjoy!

We went for my daughters 2nd birthday and the staff and the manager went above and beyond for her.We were very grateful. The wings are also really tasty and the service was great. Would definitely reccomend!

Left feeling like it was too pricey. While the taste was great, the food portion was way too small for the price. (I ordered the smaller wing size.) Best wings ive ever had but I'm a little guy and I still left feeling hungry. It doesn't take much food to fill me up

Hi FireBolt - really disappointed that you gave us 5* on Food, Service, and Atmosphere, but ended with a 2* because you found it too pricey. We sell the wings by weight, and at a very reasonable price considering the price of wings, and the amount of labour that goes into preparing them to be the "best wings you've ever had". Hoping you'll reconsider the 2*. Regardless - glad you enjoyed your experience with us.

Second Review. Birdhouse still gets me every time. Love the service and music they play and service is good. I don’t know the name of the lady who served us but she was good. She was fast and filled our water cups once. God Bless you always. We came during lunch time and it’s not that busy which is nice. I don’t like the one bathroom which is for both men and women just make it a family bathroom for Lesus Christus. God Bless Birdhouse and please be a restaurant for Christ. Love the Selection of music they play for you. They play 80's 90's and 2010's hits max. That's awesome and have great taste in music. The volume was a little bit loud for me again my ears are like that. If you love chicken and drinking beers and cocktails this place is for you. They have many chicken options and others besides chicken. I tried recently their tacos and they are really good and quite spicy. Their Kale Cesar salad is exceptional as well. I always get that when I come here. Kate our waitress that night with the red nails was awesome and a good hard worker. God Bless you for the nice service. We need more people like this. Bathroom was clean and a little bit tight but they have hand washing stations. Love this restaurant and again prices are a little high for me but still love the experience and food is always good. I was attracted by the 4.7 rating, which is why I decided to visit. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the expectations. The music was very loud and the overall ambiance felt cold. Service was average. The wings and the salad were the only good thing in the resto,felt like the place didn’t have a soul. honestly very surprised given the high number of positive reviews.

Shoutout to Mauricio, our waiter, for the amazing service! The food was great, he had such great energy and a fun personality, and he made sure my friends and I enjoyed every moment. The service and food like this makes you want to come back.
