Great food, great atmosphere! The staff is excellent, and always pays attention to detail. I Went for Valentine's day, and Birdhouse gave us an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

Fiisrt time and probably last , Maybe just a bad night for the cook , KFC done the crisp wayyy better then here , pcs under cooked one leg and twio thighs barely any meat ,at least the drinks were good...

Absolutely ridiculous. I walked in at 5:15pm, there were at least 10-15 empty tables that seat 2 and the hostess says she can only give me a stool at the bar because I'm single. At $50 a plate for wings, I suggest you start treating customers better. To think I recommended this place to colleagues. Never again!The hell with this place.

Ivan Ivan Ivan....you weren't offered the bar because you're single. You were offered the bar because we were packed with reservations for 2 - Valentine's Day - remember? 5:30PM we were slammed. Was the hostess rude? No chance. And to be clear, it's not $50 a plate for wings, it's $17.75. Feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to try to make it up to you. I came on Wednesday with a large part of 20 (originally 21) and the called the day of to go over seating placement and make sure I was comfortable with that so already amazing. The service went down without a hitch. They were on top of their game, didn’t make any errors, very attentive and the manager came to check on us multiple times to make sure everything was good. Out server was incredible! The manager on duty was our server last time we were there and he since was promoted to manager which was much deserved because he was so kind and attentive to our group and myself and remembered my daughter from the last time we came. I love birdhouse. The food is incredible, the service surpasses all others, the ambiance is amazing, it’s definitely a place I will continue to come back to.

Went last night and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it great food one of the best fried chicken i’ve had in mtl and laval great vibes always got great music playing amazing service i’ve been multiple times before going to movies or just to go in general and have enjoyed each and every single time would really recommend

Great atmoshphere, love the music videos, fries taste great. The tacos were a little too drenched in hot sauce with ranch sauce and made the tacos too moist like. But presentation and service was great!

Absolutely nailed it. The wings were crispy and full of flavour. Decent portion sizes, solid variety, and everything came out hot and fresh. The service was friendly, extremely attentive and they staff were ALLLLLL super kind. Really an attentive team! If you’re craving wings, this spot is a no-brainer. We also had a kale salad and fries. Equally as delish. The only thing I would suggest is more sauce on the wings, like to the point I need to like lick my fingers? But I’m sure I could have asked and gotten plenty more sauce! Great place to go, especially if you’d like to do some sort of sharing option. It is a lot of fun!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Emily, the hostess, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive even though we only ordered a piece of cake to go!! The manager was just as wonderful very nice, generous, and clearly cares about both the customers and the staff. You can really feel the positive atmosphere because of that. Great service all around, delicious food, and an overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Food was great 10/10 BUT having the waitress flirt with your boyfriend the whole time in-front of you while being completely disregarded isn’t it 🙂 Good tips comes from good service not from flirting.

Food quality, service and atmosphere are all 5 stars. Rated 4 stars because of price. A wing joint should be able to serve a pound of wings at better than a nearly $20 price. Otherwise, a fantastic place.
