Woooooooow what an amazing place. I showed up at 9:15 on a Saturday. It was pretty busy but got a seat right away. The ambiance was really nice. I like how they have a board that can be personalized and drinks as well with decals or text. Our waiter Kai was amazing. Super helpful in navigating the menu and super accommodating when you dont know what to order. The whole menu looks delicious. Was super present and attentive towards us. My friend ordered the nachos. I loved how light the chips were and how it was well balanced. I like how instead of it being "deep" theyre layered and youll always have toppings on every chip instead of heavy toppings and 80% chips like most places. I love how light and fresh they tasted. I ordered the maple spicy winner winner chicken dinner items. I love how it was hot and a challenge to eat but not over bearing. I love how they start off a light coating of the sauce and give you extra to deep your meet that isn't sauced. The mountain of fried guarantees you dont leave hungry. Overall really good place. You like chiken you like service with a personalized vibe this place is for you!

We were a group of 15 and managed to get our food and drink around the same time fairly quickly.. the bone marrow Putin is a must try, amazing!

First visit and I loved it. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We all had the fried chicken. Two orders were the regular fried chicken, one was the Nashville hot chicken, and mine was the hot honey. Everyone loved the chicken. The inside was juicy, and the outside was crispy. The Nashville was hot, but not excessively so. My hot honey was a combination of mildly sweet and hot. The fries were delicious, but the coleslaw was lackluster. The ambiance was comfortable, modern, and eclectic. The music was just a touch loud for regular conversation. Like I already said the service was excellent, friendly, but a tiny bit slow. Reservations are highly recommended, but beware when your 2 hours are up you need to leave as there was always a lineup.

I have nothing but good things to say 😁 The drinks, the food, the prices, the atmosphere, the people were all amazing! The portions Woah! We were not expecting that, they actually give you a decent amount. The chicken wings are so delicious too 🤤 We're definitely coming back!! Also thank you again for the service Luca provided, we were not disappointed at all and he made sure everything was perfect 👍🏽😊

Honestly it’s been a while since I’ve been at a place with great food, an amazing atmosphere, and most importantly the best staff. Luca was an amazing waiter and Chris did a fantastic job in making us feel welcomed and just an incredible character overall.This is the place to be!!

Food was very fresh and delicious! Wings are delicious and the smash burger was sooo good. Was there with friends and we all enjoyed our food! Our waitress Alexandra was great too A+ :) we'll be back!

Birdhouse is solid. A very welcome addition to the restaurants at Centropolis Laval. Food was very good and the service was attentive. You wouldn’t think of ordering salad at a chicken place, but the two salads were delicious. My starter was a warm pretzel with everything dill, that was a hit. I was told that they make a great smash burger, till next time…

First time tonight, pleasantly pleased, chicken Tacos were tasty! Nice vibe in there! You can even enjoy Hockey games on TV. Coco was our waitress: we can be picky, she accomodated without any issues, top notch service, thank you! - It's not a fine and dine; but for a good evening with comforting food, we will come back this summer for sure!

Surrinderpal, Jaggi and Vir.... I don't get you guys. You've been to our restaurant before. On busy Saturday nights, our team does their best to make space so as many guests as possible can enjoy and be accommodated—especially when there are a lot of people waiting for seats. In this case, we simply asked you guys to shift over by one stool so two other guests could sit together. Really not complicated. We are ALWAYS polite and fair to everyone in the room, and most of our guests are happy to help us create that kind of atmosphere. You received AMAZING service from our bartenders, and then left them a 7.5% tip? WTF? All because you guys were asked to move over one? Really?

Food was good. Shared a large plate of wings with my buddy. Crispy with no lack of flavor. Chicken was decently tender. Service was a highlight though. My server Kai was the most positive and charismatic server I’d had at a restaurant like this. He had great attention to detail, and was always there when we needed something. Wouldn’t be writing this review otherwise. I’d come back just to grab a beer with my boy Kai

What a great place to spend your Friday evening at. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food is delicious and the staff is very welcoming. Our waiter Kai made us feel so special on our date night by going above and beyond for us. He also helped us pick the best wings that I will definitely be back for! Would definitely recommend.
