Had an amazing dinner 🍽️ at a Syrian restaurant Beroya in Laval. The ambience is typical traditional Syrian style with lively Syrian music. We ordered appetizers and main course for our dinner. Appetizers - Hommos (with Chickpeas dip with tahina and olive oil), Labneh with garlic 🧄(Homemade thick yogurt 🍦 , mint, garlic 🧄 and olive 🫒 oil), Abou Ghannouj (Mix of grilled eggplants 🍆, diced tomatoes 🍅, walnuts and green peppers 🫑), Rouleaux au sujuk (Seasoned minced meat with Syrian spices fried with pita 🫓 bread) and pickles Main course - Kabab Khach-Khach and a rice 🍚 The food was amazing, delicious and extremely heavy. But we loved it. We were greeted by the bald 👨🦲 owner (who is a bit shy in talking) and server: Sharbel We loved the overall experience. Thanks for serving authentic Syrian food. Merci beaucoup.

We tried this restaurant for the first time last night on Valentine’s Day. The ambiance was beautiful, a live oud musician, rose petals, rose bouquet, and candlelit tables created a romantic atmosphere. It was quite busy, which slightly affected the sense of intimacy, but the setting was still very charming. The dishes arrived quickly and were delicious. Our favorite was the kebbe with Aleppo pistachio, a must-have! Portions were decent. One small area for improvement would be the service, it took about 5 minutes before someone came to welcome us at the table and serve water. Overall, 5 stars, great place to explore in Laval.
Always very enjoyable
Amazing Syrian food Thank you
Very good and fast service. Thank you Fadi
Best restaurant ever! Gaith was the best waiter
Beroya has been always in the top for syrian dishes truly everything is so tasty and carefully made and service is very good but it’s expensive and year after year it is even more.. Something else the place is always so noisy that you couldn’t hear each other without yelling Other than that it’s just the perfect place where you can taste the original flavours
A very good and tasty restaurant i would recommend and really good service by charbel
The food was good and the service by sharbel was incredible

Crazy delicious food and awesome service, specially with Charbel. Very great dude.
The food is exceptional and I was really impressed by the service of Charbel!
Amazing Levantine food in Montreal! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Truly recommend it!
Food is good however overpriced, service is good but they always forget to serve something we ordered, by the time its then ready you're already done eating. But okay overall.
Great food, nice atmosphere and very nice and welcoming staff
This restaurant is a must visit for arabs, very yummy appetizers, salads, kibbeh, and there mains are very good as well, we came all the way from Ottawa to try this place, my only comment was that the place was very loud and crowded but overall enjoyed my time with husband and friends.
Excellent experience through and through. Friendly staff and remarkable food.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. the food was poorly prepared. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was careless. For the price, the quality was far below expectations. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I will never come back.
The best in town,
I had a pretty average experience at Beroya this time around. I visited a couple of years ago and remember the food being noticeably better in both quality and flavour, so my expectations were fairly high. Beroya is known for Syrian cuisine with an Aleppo-inspired focus, and the venue itself is spacious with a proper bar set-up, so it has the makings of a great night out, but the food just didn’t hit the same on this visit. Parking was available, which was a plus, but the interior is starting to feel tired and could really use a refresh. As for the meal, the knafeh, fattoush and eggplant kebab were disappointing, while the rest of what we tried was acceptable (nothing terrible, just not memorable). Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, just not as good as it used to be.
I was not convinced this was a good restaurant reading all the different rates here, and I'm glad we tried it. Everything was fresh, well seasoned, tasty and delicious. We took the option degustation as we were a group of 8 and we got a price of 65$ per person. We had 1 salad (fresh and yummy), hummus, labneh with garlic, eggplant moutabbal, yalangy (vine leaves, delicious), cheese rolls, sukuk roll, and a mixed grilled plate, accompanied with fresh pita bread even have a dessert, ice cream with sugar cotton ( that one I didn't like). The portions are very generous. They have good variety of wine and the cherry in the sundae, a violinist playing live. We went on a Friday night, if ever there is a difference in the quality of the meals.
Was a little disappointed, food tasted much better before. Grillade was good at least. Ambiance was nice too.
Excellent food and service! Great for all occassions. Best to reserve a table ahead of time during weekends and holidays.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved this place! The food was fresh and full of flavor, the staff was very friendly, and the service was fast. Will definitely come back.
Listen to Farris’ great recommendations. Outstanding food.
