I had a wonderful dinner at Beba to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. Every dish was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. The open kitchen added an engaging element to the dining experience and made the evening even more enjoyable. With its excellent food and warm, welcoming service, Beba made our evening feel truly special!

This was my second visit, and once again everything was flawless. The bar service is truly elevated. Nizar crafts every cocktail with care and precision. It’s quickly become one of our favourite date-night destinations. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience and lots of fun. Restaurant was able to drum up a tasting menu and some wine pairings. Excellent food and the pairings were more than on point. Special treat - the chef was in the house that night and traded Korean food recos in Toronto. Definitely would go back for the montadito alone!

It was our first time at Beba and we had a lovely night. Cute date spot. Definitely a place to go as a pair and not group (at least for me). We had the tasting menu, which was 5 courses. The plates and quantities are small but with 5 courses we were very satisfied. We started with a dirty martini which they made perfectly and the sommelier helped us choose a good bottle of white. Our favorite dishes were the Montadito and the foie gras stuffed dates. The fish was delicious too. We later regretted opting out of the Oso bucco since the tables around us got it and it looked so good. But that's just over indulgence !Service was excellent. Loved the environment and space, it really gave cozy small Brooklyn vibes with moderate volume Brazilian music playing in the back .Overall a lovely experience, I would for sure go back.

Very good food but pricey and tiny dishes. I miss the empanadas. Wine choice can be improved, same for sparkling wine/champagne. Dessert wine is a must. Awesome service!

The experience was terrible. The food wasn’t good and definitely not worth the price. The service was also poor — the woman who served us was quite rude. I honestly don’t understand why this place has such a high rating.

Really delicious starters with unusual flavours. Unfortunately the bollo misto, the star dish, was a real disappointment as the predominant flavour was the salty gravy.

We had a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail in every dish really stood out. Our waitress was fantastic and made excellent suggestions, including recommending half portions for two of our dishes, which ended up being the perfect amount. We were very happy with our experience.

I enjoyed the appetizer, especially the mackerel that everyone talks about. The blend of different ingredients meshed together very well, and they were fresh and you can tell each ingredients are carefully picked. Main course is somewhat less interesting. One thing is though, I called specifically to ask for a spot away from the bathroom and they put us right in front of the staff bathroom with a lot of traffic and I had look at the toilet over 10 times during our meal which was very unappetizing.

We enjoyed a superlative experience at Beba. The service, atmosphere, and food all added up for a very speical night. Every dish was unqiue and very well composed. The dates with foie gras will live on in our memory, and we will absolutely return to Beba when my wallet can withstand. Kudos to the sound system, well placed sound panels so its not to loud in there, and a great playlist that set the vibe. Music can be overlooked in some places, but no so at Beba - they clearly put time and energy into getting the sound right so that it makes the mood. Great restaurant!

I genuinely dislike leaving one-star reviews, however my experience at Beba was so disappointing I felt it necessary. Perhaps the winter menu is subpar because we disliked every dish ordered. The service was fine, nothing memorable but they still filled our glasses often. Spending over 100$ per person and receiving unenjoyable food is unacceptable.

Not sure Beba needs another 5 star review so I’ll never get a table there 😁but they deserve it. Everything - food, drinks, service, atmosphere was perfect from top to bottom. Unique and delicious flavours for all of our dishes. And really I cannot speak more highly of the service from all the staff. Was celebrating a birthday but I feel they would make it special for any dinner. A gem.

It’s not often you find an exceptional food, service, and atmosphere in one place. Beba hit the mark on all accounts. There was only two of us so we sat at the bar and I’m happy we did. Nizar was crafting serious cocktails while delivering a feel of home and hospitality. And a shout out to Isabella for getting us the best seat in the house despite our inability to arrive on time. This was our first trip to Montreal and certainly won’t be the last.

The Perfect restaurant. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The food is packed with flavor making you want to savor every bite. To top it all off the music playlist throughout the night makes you want to dance around with joy. The team is super nice and has great recommendations for local happenings. Make sure you chat with them!

I wanted to love the food here so much-we had a nice night with great service. However, for the price point and presentation, the food was not a standout. The potato knish was fun, but pretty one-note. The radicchio salad: a classy yummy Caesar, but it’s unclear why the vinaigrette had to be bean-y and grainy. The tripe was…fine. Could have used bread. The octopus main was terrible. The tomato made no sense and nothing meshed in the dish.
