I was served raw chicken. Tried bringing it up to the manager, her response was agressive, unprofessional, cannot recommend

We were served chicken that was completely undercooked, a serious food safety concern. When we raised the issue and requested a refund, the owner’s response was dismissive and inappropriate, suggesting we should not have eaten it rather than taking responsibility. Payment was required as soon as the food was served, leaving us no opportunity to assess the quality before being charged. I would not recommend this establishment and hope management takes food safety and customer service standards more seriously. She also mentioned that the kitchen is still learning and makes mistakes, yet 4 separate plates came out raw. That is not a minor error.
