What a great experience was last night at Bagatelle. Perfect food and service. Really worth the trip from NDG. And this was our 3rd time there in a span of few years. It was my wife’s birthday this time. Only glitch, I have mentioned that in my reservation, but unfortunately it went un noticed. A small candle on a creme brûlée would be nice. A bit disappointing

We ordered the full prix fixed menu, wow what a lot of food, all delicious. Our server was wonderful, and was very patient as I practiced my French. Highly recommend.

We made a reservation months in advance requesting a table by the window. When we arrived it was taken by another couple and we were seated in the centre. In the future, when you are unable to honor this simple request, please call me to let me know so I can cancel my reservation and go elsewhere. Thank you. Just wanted to update this review. Thank you for reserving the table next to the window. The meal and service were excellent. I highly recommend the “table gourmande”. Everything was fresh, delicious and very generous portions. Looking forward to coming back!

Four stars across the board, remembering this is BYOB Bistro and the expectations are as anticipated. Food arrived with alacrity, impressive. Service timely, efficient and unobstrusive.

I got an email about a very reasonable fixed price menu for Easter so we took advantage. It was a salad, then lamb cutlets perfectly cooked, and a generous Quebecois dessert we both loved. We brought a very nice wine and closed the meal with coffees. An excellent afternoon that had us vowing to return with more people in our party.

Not worth the price, you can easily eat much better than that elsewhere. The vegetables were not cook enough, the meat was too chewy, everything lacked flavor in general. I cannot see any justification for the high price and did regret wasting money on that meal.
