Went there for a Saturday afternoon lunch while visiting the eastern townships. The place is nicely decorated with minimalistic style. We had the Trio de trempettes, Fattouche, Cauliflower and Grilled Octopus. The quality of the food, the presentation and the service were impeccable. Definitely recommend trying it out. Make sure to make reservation as they have limited seating.

Its difficult to find a place opened on a Monday or Tuesday. This restaurant is open everyday. In Bromont you usually get Burgers and Fries. This restaurant is align with Montreal and Toronto Restaurants in terms of food quality and food innovation. The staff are amazing from front desk to servers. Our server was on the top floor, she was so sweet and provided perfect recommendations for our large group. The food is fabulous. We are so happy we got something other than Burgers and Poutine. The food is very special and authentic. We recommend the platter for 4, it has everything in it. The Beef was the star. Next time we are in town, we are definitely coming back.

The octopus, grilled mix meat plate and the sauce that came with the fries was amazing. Will go back next time I'm in Canada we drove 30mins from our hotel to have dinner and wasn't disappointed 🤤😋

LOVE Babar - worth the drive every time. Incredible quality and very generous portions. Excellent wine list and always the perfect recommendations and storytelling from Guillaume. We love you Babar!

Amazing place! Vibes on point, service is top notch and the FOOD! Oh the food. We got the shawarma platter to share as well as the three dips and fattoush salad. Chicken was so tender, potatoes and garlic sauce were heavenly and the pitas were so soft and fresh! Would definitely be my number one recommendation for anyone who comes to Bromont! Will be back to try the octopus!

I can’t say enough about this place. The staff is top notch, food so good it’s ridiculous. The decor is artful and tasteful. Good grief! So glad a friend told me about it.

Simply delicious food! The quality, taste and textures of everything from the hint of nuttiness and smoothness of their hummus to the tenderness of the various meats in the mixed grill for two ( not on the menu but just ask!) were as good if not better than any Lebanese/Mediterranean resto in Montreal. All that chicken,lamb and filet mignon sat on a bed of the most unique and possibly, best fried rice I’ve ever had. We finished the meal off with a Baklava with a Canadian twist (coated in maple syrup instead of honey) and it was phenomenal! As great as the food was, the service was even better! Maddie our server could teach courses on how to operate a successful wait staff. Her attention to every detail was simply on point. We were in Bromont for the weekend but I would drive the hour from downtown Montreal just to eat here again.

Incredible food and attentive and knowledgeable service to boot, very Impressive wine list as well. We will return when we visit again.
