This restaurant does not have an online reservation system, so reservations must be made by phone or email. I sent an email request for a Friday night and received a confirmation. When we arrived, the restaurant appeared full. It is quite small, and the owner more or less told me she had no trace of my reservation in her book. I showed her the confirmation email, but it made no difference. She simply turned away and ignored us, even after I explained that we had no backup plan for a Friday night and that one of our guests had come from very far away. I strongly suspect our table was given to regulars. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. It reflects a shocking lack of professionalism and customer care. We managed to find a good alternative, but only after completely unnecessary stress, especially on a Friday night, and after already paying for street parking, which is quite difficult in that area. I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. Do not waste your time, and do not rely on this reservation process, especially if you are driving in from elsewhere.
