Best value for Koobideh I've ever encountered. Tastes great, cooked fresh to order. I've never sat down to eat but it's perfect for takeout.

The owner made us feel welcome and gave us free tea when he realized we had driven a long way. We really enjoyed the Koobideh Kebab, but I have never experienced such hospitality before! We ate it with the fresh pastries from the next-door stire.

The kabab sandvich quality is not good , im not recomended at all , it was really dry, no sauce it was just bread and onion , never try it again
