Good evening, I would like to clarify my experience. Upon arrival, there was no personnel attentive at the entrance and no visible notice indicating that the restaurant operates by reservation only. Additionally, the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. Because of this, we entered, were seated, served water, and given the menu. We remained there for approximately 25 minutes. However, when we were ready to order, we were informed that we had to leave due to not having a reservation. It is important to note that when we left, out of all the tables, only one was occupied. This made the situation even more confusing and disappointing, especially since we had already been welcomed and attended to. I would strongly suggest placing a clear notice at the entrance indicating the reservation-only policy to avoid misunderstandings for future guests. Thank you for your attention.
