We visited as a group of four and had a very disappointing experience because of the staff member named Deasy. She was rude and said she did not want to serve us because we did not say “hi” to her. Due to her behaviour, we had to cancel and take a refund for 2 large mango shakes. Customers should be treated respectfully and professionally. If she doesn't want to serve customers, why is she working here? Really bad experience we came from ontario as visitors and this was our first and worst experience with her in Montreal.. please hire good staff

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member (Dasey)who assisted me at the store was extremely rude, unhelpful, and made the whole visit very unpleasant.

NOTE FOR THE OWNERS: the product and service is great but I am consistently disappointed with the ratio of boba to tea- in my opinion it should be double this in boba. You're not even allowed to add an extra portion to the small size so my boba are finished in the first sips :/

The bubble tea was really good, but unfortunately the experience was affected by how one of the employees treated his coworkers. At one point, an older employee was trying to count change for a customer and seemed to be having a bit of difficulty. Instead of helping, he abruptly shoved coins from the tip jar into her hand and then roughly put the jar back, looking irritated. Later, I saw him pointing his finger while ordering another coworker around in a harsh way. I was only in there for about 5 minutes and I hope this isn’t a regular occurrence and that the staff are treated with respect.

The place is very crowded, long time to make two drinks, music was very loud and overall the drinks were either too sugary or not cold enough.
