Totally worth the 4.8 star reviews. Chicken was fresh and food portion and taste was totally worth the price range. Would totally recommend.
Really flavorful fried chicken with a perfect crispy coating and tender inside. The service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a solid spot!
The chicken was great! Very crispy but not oily! Prices were reasonable too. The people working there were greeting everyone with smiles on their faces. You don't get that anymore. Will definitely go back!

Excellllllleeeent place, so unique options. It was a first time, we were hesitant to drive 35min but it was totally worth it. The Ranjy's gratinated pita is crazy, you never tasted anything like it. The fried chicken is perfectly cooked and not oily at all. The Zinger burger is soo good too. Many other option's, we'll come back and try. Thanks for the very friendly service, family owned businesses are always the best.

Chicken and rice properly seasoned. Great deal for $25 that includes- whole grilled halal chicken, rice, fries, 2 naan bread, 2 types of sauce, 1 gravy. Highly recommended!
Went for the first time after hearing good things about the food and was not disappointed. Wife and I were in the mood for burgers- spicy chicken for me, gourmet burger for the Mrs. Yummy. The wait is a bit long but well worth it. Restaurant caters more to take out vs dine in from the looks of it, but don’t let that discourage you. Will definitely be going back when the urge kicks in.

Visited them from Ottawa on a friend's recommendation and was very impressed. Loved their Zingratta burger and fried chicken pieces. The chicken pieces were super crispy and juicy, probably the best halal ones I have tried so far in Canada. The food was fresh as well. I will definitely eat here again on my next visit to Montreal!

Best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time! Ranja’s is 100% halal and the chicken isn’t oily at all, which I love. Still super juicy and crunchy. The owner is really humble and down to earth, made the whole experience even better. Way better than Popeyes Louisiana in my opinion. Can’t wait to bring my family and friends back here again and again!

I walked in and there were no clients. I had a meeting next door in 45 min, and thought there would be enough time for the food to arrive and catch my meeting. Unfortunately, despite ordering right when I walked in, and there being an empty restaurant, the food took 45 minutes to come out! My wife had to eat alone while I went for my meeting and came back. They should seriously consider lowering wait times, especially when the restaurant is empty. I get that the food is fresh, but it should not take 45 minutes!
The food here slaps real hard...KFC needs some courses from this place on how to make amazing fried chicken. Super crunchy and super moist chicken. Also had their version of a burrito...loads of cheese, beef, chicken, egg...sauce...This brick filled me up and tasted great every single bite. If you need to satisfy a craving for some decadent food, go there right away.
