Navigating the interior space is needlessly confusing and poorly thought out. The layout lacks logical flow, and the directional signage is either missing entirely or highly contradictory. I spent ten minutes just trying to locate the main service area because the floor plan is a maze. It demonstrates a severe lack of thought regarding the end user experience and spatial design.

Very good place respectful people. Service is 10/10 and the food was amazing. Fried chicken is awesome aswell as the burgers. I recommend to everybody. I sure will be back

Very amazing food, tasty and perfectly cooked. The service was very quick and fast. The entire restaurant was clean and the workers were very nice and friendly. They joked around and talked with us! We got burritos and burgers, we got wings and fried chicken. Everything was phenomenal! We also had forgotten something and left, we called them up and they had the item safe for us and we went and picked it up right away.

Beautiful restaurant very nice workers, Couldn't have had better service anywhere else, Food was as phenomenal as the prices. Definitely reminds me of Toronto and would highly recommend.

I recently eat at Ranjy’s and was blown away by the delicious food,try fried chicken and zinger burger. The flavors were rich and authentic. The Owner was very friendly and also the staff , particularly Saleh, were warm and welcoming. Their excellent service made my experience even better. I'd definitely recommend Ranjy’s to anyone looking for great food and hospitality.

Looking for a fried chicken place today and we happened to be really close so we stopped in. Definitely the crispiest and juiciest fried chicken we've ever had!! We will be back!!

Long wait for 3 piece of chicken and it took more than 30 minutes. Costco french fries type time to change the oil guys debit has a fee so bring cash . Not accepting credit card

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry about the long wait. Our chicken is made fresh to order, which can take longer during busy times, but 30 minutes is not our standard and we will address this. We appreciate your comment about the fries and will review our oil change schedule, although we take care to change our oil regularly. We do not charge any fee for debit cards. We stopped accepting debit cards due to a number of debit card–related scams.

From Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, 46mns drive to Ranjy’s was definitely worth it. Best fried Chicken I’ve tasted in ages… Will definitely visit again. Nice people, nice staff and excellent service.

Very good food, we had the fried chicken and a club sandwich, after a small wait, our food was served, very well presented, very tasty, fried chicken was to hot to eat right away, so you know it's cooked well, club was the same, crispy fries, everything hot. 👍

Food is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. Love it so so so much but every time we go there is always an issue. One time we went after we placed an order and NO one Was there. Door was closed. We had a lineup of people just waiting outside in the cold…. Last time we went the wait time was horrendous. Told us we needed to wait thirty minutes and we waited over an hour… Then today we ordered the 5 piece combo as we usually do that comes with 5 piece chicken, 2 drinks, coleslaw, fries, gravy and a sauce of choice on the side and today he told us there is no more sauce on the side and no drinks included…. Yet we pay the same price if not a bit more now…. And also the options are still there if you order online…. Either way we keep going back cause the food SLAPS. But holy moly you guys have to work on your service please please please. It’s such a shame to have such great food and for the service to tarnish the experience. I will say when the owner is there, it is a bit better.
