Lovely atmosphere and super friendly staff! Little warning though: the red dragon ramen is suuuuuper spicy, my goodness. And also turns out you're not supposed to eat the entire cayenne pepper in one go. I'll know for next time!

Finally a ramen place close to us out of the city. 10/10. We've alrdy been three times and we are avid ramen eaters. Ordered different ramens and they were all delish. Dragon super spicy lolll the miso absolutely delicious.

The ramen is delicious and so authentic. The service was also amazing and the young gentleman explained everything super clearly to us. The ramen came out super fast. And the appetizer were hot and delicious It’s definitely going to be a regular spot for me!

Finally a good ramen spot outside of Montreal. The karagge was the best I’ve ever had. The ramen was also fantastic. The dragon is NOT for the weak. Will be back to try all the different types!

Very delicious! Happy to see a ramen establisment open East of Montreal. They have a good menu with a good amount of Vegetarian options. The Vegetarian Red Miso broth was very flavourful and the noodles were splendid.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Isshin Ramen is an absolute gem! Even though this restaurant just opened, it is already 100% worth visiting. The service is truly outstanding the staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. You can really tell they care about their customers and their experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and everything feels well thought out. On top of that, the food is delicious and full of flavor. I highly recommend Isshin Ramen to anyone looking for amazing ramen, excellent service, and a place that clearly puts heart into what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back!
