Honestly, I was worried about reviewing this restaurant because I love it too much! It may become too popular to find space one day! ! Fantastic Service every time and Incredible food! …And Yes, having lived in Japan for years, I can attest also: AUTHENTIC! Yummy! I need more stars to add! Kudos to the owner(s) and the employees! We stopped in for a quick lunch and were immediately welcomed by a genuinely warm, almost Japanese style hospitality, the young man greeting us never stopped smiling, which set the tone right away. The soups were outstanding. The broth was rich, full bodied, and deeply satisfying, clearly crafted with care and respect for tradition. The spicy soup was slightly lighter in intensity, but still incredibly flavorful and well balanced. The chef may not be Japanese, but there is no question about his talent and understanding of the cuisine. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Was excited for this new ramen place.Tasted off and like it sat around.i took a plate of ramen and the chicken and rice and ravioli. The rice tasted like frozen meals

Ordered through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the soup was extremely bland, the broth tasted like it was missing salt entirely :(
