Absolutely amazing place. The food is stunning. The staff are so friendly. They ran out of my order so she offered to swap. She also offered to throw in a dessert which they didn’t have to do at all so I greatly appreciated it.

Finally tried Isshin Ramen after waiting for them to open, and it was worth it! The place is modern, cozy, and spacious. Service was impeccable. I finally get to meet the infamous Estelle. She greeted us, explained the ramen options, and gave spot-on recommendations. She really knows her stuff. Food was one of the closest I’ve had to ramen in Japan. I’d rate it 4.5/5 but rounded up to 5 because it truly deserves the support. We had the Red Miso Ramen (a little on the sweet side), Tsukemen with its perfect savory broth, plus takoyaki and a small chashu bowl. I also love that they offer a less salty option for those watching their intake. So happy to finally have a great ramen spot in the West Island. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is incredible, they explain the menu to you and it’s possible to customize your meal as you wish. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your food. They also had tv to watch the hockey game. Great place in the West Island

Went there last thursday. I want to start by saying how much I appreciate the service, the waitress was very kind, offered to explain the menu to me since it was my first time and asked if I wanted to modify my ramen in any way (like less salty,etc). The chicken was very good, crispy on the outside, nice & soft on the inside. The lemon was a nice addition to balance the fatness of the frying and kewpie mayo. I had the dragon ramen because I wanted something spicy. Perhaps due to my tolerance, it wasn't at all spicy, but it was very salty so I saw why the waitress asked me about it😆 The sake isn't as overpriced as ither places I've been to. Overall, can't wait to try other ramen there ☺️

The ramen here is incredibly delicious, with a rich and well-balanced flavor. It tastes very authentic, close to traditional Japanese ramen, that’s not easy to find... I would definitely come back and highly recommend it !!!

We tried the classic shoyu and classic shio ramen at Ramen Isshin, and both were absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and full of flavor, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the meat was fresh and tender. Shoutout to the chef and the entire team, the service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I wish more restaurants had teams like this. Their friendliness and respect made the experience even better. The restaurant itself was super clean. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My first time and I had an amazing experience. The soup was out of this world. I the person the served us was so friendly, took the time to explain the menu. I didn’t take a picture of what I had because it was gone in a heart beat, but I will the next time. I loved it.im coming back baby. See you soon Estelle🫶🏼❤️🤗

The chicken nuggets were extremely dry and tough, clearly refried multiple times, overly salty, and nearly impossible to eat. They have scraped the roof of my mouth raw and left my jaw muscles sore from chewing.
