Super delicious ramen from a super cool chef/owner! I had a bowl of ramen with pork and egg, with some chili paste added halfway and it was sublime. Will definitely eat here again!

It's pretty much the least enjoyable ramen me and my friend ever had so far in town. Both different ramens we picked looked great, but both broths were tastless, no flavour at all. I'm not even exagerating. And it was not cheap on top of that if you add the options to make it comparable to ramens elsewhere. Also, those current 15 perfect reviews are what led us to try this place and so here's an extra review to try to update the score and balance things out

Ramen 9000 makes the best ramen in Montreal. I've always ordered the vegan ramen bowl. The umami! I could weep. It's by far the best ramen I've ever had and probably ever will have. Their unctuous broth is perfectly paired with thick, fresh ramen noodles and savoury mushrooms and nori. I still dream of their sweet tofu. Their rich, decadent vegan brownies are crisp on the outside and perfectly moist and gooey on the inside. Ramen 9000 has always been a seasonal pop-up. I used to eat at their Saint-Henri location every winter. Over the past few years, they've operated as a pop-up at partner restaurants. No matter when or where they prepare their ramen, it's always even better than I remember it.

Best ramen in town! Delivered with broth separate for perfect noodles every time. All top quality ingredients, especially the thick cut pork. And the chili crisp! Sooo addictive. Order everything. It’s all phenomenal.
